Commonwealth Bank Fountain Gate Branch

Katie at this branch was absolutely amazing. She accommodated me on a Saturday to set up a bank account even though they normally don’t take appointments. She was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could say the same for the staff at the Dandenong CBA. Hands down recommend Katie from the Fountain Gate store. Keep up the great work

Philip Horsey the customer service specialist is just Fantastic at what he does I when into the bank feeling anxious and worried about a overseas transferral that has gone wrong. Philip helped me get my money back and give me the confidence that I was getting the refund. I am so happy with FG commonwealth branch. Highly recommended Philip.

The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the lady who helped my first was wonderful. The 2nd lady couldn't care less, didn't listen to us, gave us an absolutely horrible attitude and was just plain rude. I've had another interaction with the lady on the door too. Telling us to leave on a Saturday morning because there aren't tellers on so she couldnt help, wouldn't listen to ask, wouldn't answer our questions and told us she had other people waiting, which I think is absolutely obsurd to not have tellers on weekends.

Disrespectful, unhelpful and unknowlagble! Closed account on the spot. Terrible experience with Changing name - had all the documents necessary. tbe staff were trying to tell us births deaths and marriages had not given us the correct paperwork!! Manager couldn’t give us the time of day either. Will never return to commonwealth bank again!

Wait times are exceeding over an hour on Saturday at this branch. This wouldn’t happen if banks can be open for longer hours on weekdays. They only know how to take our money but in return we receive a very poor service

Awful experience at the branch..
Person who was at the entrance treats customers of color really bad.This happened to so many people while I was waiting.
I understand the bank is busy but it does not give any bank representative to treat or talk to customers in a bad manner..
Really disappointed!!!
