Kmart Fountain Gate

Went there today and asked for help to locate some products. Frances went above and beyond to help us find the things we wanted. Very cheerful and knowledgeable! Thanks Frances 😊

Its a 24 hour kmart! What more do you want?! They have all the usual goodies and if you find yourself in a pinch at 2am these guys and gals have got your back! You may not see them much but the staff are friendly when you need them and they keep the stock on the shelves! For cheapy things, miscellaneous goods and toys you really can't beat this place.... plus their Lego prices are always the best deal around the center. For kids this place has it all and i spend way too much time here buying lego to give them any less than a 5 star rating!👌

Kmart is the best place. You can get everything under one roof. Always something is on sale / clearance, yesterday I bought lunch boxes for only 20 cent each. Good place for sports people as well and they have some of gym equipments which are really good and works well.

Very well organized, you can get anything everything here, less pricey.
I went there for dog toys, omg so cute mini toys, not strong enough for dog who likes to play rough but cheap rate so can afford many, clicked alot of pictures to share with friends

Great store, and layout! It's also open 24 hours, which is really convenient if you prefer to do early morning, or late night shopping when there aren't many people there.

Matt the manager is super helpful and understanding- helped fix an already messy situation with returns

For all my nocturnal buddies out there, how good are 24hr stores!!?! This one is always lively - no matter the hour, fair staff, usually products are filled, also usually a bit of a line at returns/exchange but the staff members at this section are good about it. ⚠ Easy access after hours times, through the doors by Reject Shop ✔.

Nice and quiet when you do a bit of late night shopping. Alot of stuff to look at and shelves rarely empty.

Great range and quality products. Staff are always willing to go the extra mile to help, be it for advice or to find a products. Also nice to see management walking around the store and providing positive feedback to young staff members. True meaning of the word team at Kmart FG. Had been doing click and collect regularly for a while from this store.

The car park click and collect crew is very quick.
Most I waited was 4 mins once parked in the bays.

Traffic management is also really good 👍

Best place for a quick shopping visit. Every thing you need under one roof. Much cheaper than most of the competitors. I like the new layout and specially the home center and party section. Can improve the service with more staff on the floor. Overall it is a great shop and will come back again.

I rang up to check on an availability of an item today. Despite of how busy they are, they answered the phone& went over& beyond to go& check for me!
Then she found some stock & put it away for me, which I went& pick it up.
Also, they all adhere to the prober way of mask wearing according to Covid rules, not like Casey central, which none of their staff were covering their noses& when I asked the girl on the door, why? She shrugged her shoulders ! Didn’t care!

Just moved in to a new house and came here late at night with my partner. We had trouble finding the entry so we called up and the lady on the phone was very friendly and gave me great directions. After shopping we had 2 full trolleys worth of household goods and when we came to the checkout we were a bit stumped at how we were going to tackle scanning all our items (there was a lot). A lady working in self serve came right up to us and helped us scan every single item, using her manager override to scan multiple items at once. She was so kind for jumping in to help us like that, we're very very thankful! Couldn't have done it without her!

Their shelves can be completely empty, but I guess there's a reason for that. Night staff are lovely and 12am Friday night is a relaxing (safe) time to shop.

Easy access from various car parking areas. Toilet facilities available within Westfield shopping complex. Definitely ideal for that last minute present/gift. Ample staff to help with any enquiries. A do it yourself image printing area. A very large clothing section for children, women and men. A camping and toy area also. 2 entrances/exits. One near the food court area.

I love Kmart, great shopping experience always. Especially love the new furniture/home section very modern and affordable. I would love to go in and walk around, even if I am not buying anything(Yeah, I have the will power LOL). Pay counter at the middle make it bit difficult as you have to show your bags and receipt when you come out, rather have the pay counters side of the entrance.
