I love Rebel Strathpine. Usually have what I need but when they don’t the staff are so helpful and find it for me in other stores. Best part is the easy parking 👌

My partner and I had the best customer service today at the Lawnton from a young man named Silas. He had to find a shoe that would fit his leg/foot brace in. He was very patient and just a lovely person in general. I hope he gets some recognition from Rebel, 5 stars from us.

First off, let me say how prompt the staff are at getting your click and collect order ready.

I have been that impressed with my shoe orders and the hefty discount you get just by being a member that I can't stop buying shoes now from them.

I ordered a $120 pair of decent asics shoes but after speaking to a staff member (extremely helpful by the way) convinced me to spend an extra $80 on the gel Kayano 29s to meet my specific needs including a wide foot and needing arch support.

Just by being a member those $280 gel Kayano shoes cost me under $200. $80 off just for being a free member.

Highly recommend this store in particular for service and value.

I will continue to buy my shoes here.

Staff were available for my questions and served with speed,I did have an item that wasn't available but that's only cause I bought the last one they had in stock. I have bought online twice @ this store as well and had great service, item was bagged and ready for pick, no hassles, no fuss.

Friendly staff, asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in. Can't complain.

Great Size store. Staff are never intrusisve. They just say Gday when you walk in so you know if you need to ask a question they will help straight away if they can. Can ring other Rebel Shops for you if required if stock not available in that store

Lachlan was great. He approached me and asked how he could help. He was professional, polite and knew what he was talking about. I had no doubt that what he recommended was the right choice. He is a great asset to your team.

The lady that helped me, was the best part of the experience. She was patient and knew exactly what she was talking about. Unlike some staff members. She had a long ponytail and I would give her a 10. I told my husband about how helpful she was and he is coming on Saturday to buy a pair of shoes.

The team were extremely helpful and were even able to order items that weren't in stock. Quite knowledgeable and always friendly.

Friendly, happy staff who greet you with a smile and offer help and advice. Store is clean and easy to navigate through.
