What a lovely property, three delightful family sized A line units right on the edge of the bay. A perfect place to stay when touring Port Arthur. Very clean and super comfortable…. Only thing lacking was perhaps a small toaster oven, other than that it had full kitchen facilities.

What a beautiful place to stay. Thanks to Billy for making us feel so welcome. We enjoyed our complimentary free range eggs and bacon for breakfast. Wonderful little bits and pieces added for convenience, washing detergent in laundry, coffee machine and pods, pantry staples and even sporting equipment to use at the local tennis and basketball courts. Magnificent outlook onto the water and lovely timber bench seats to sit and take in the views just nearby.
Friendly magpies came and greeted us on the deck and we watched a lot of wildlife surrounding the cottage. We will be back with child in tow!

Great location. Spacious area, clean, new, with a nice kitchen and some food if you desire to cook, travel adapter, very quiet spot on the lake. Great attention to detail (extras for kids, travel guide)
Overall probably the best place we stayed in Tasmania regardless of price.

The villas are in a great location. Very clean, super cosy and the hosts were very welcoming. There was everything we needed for a wonderful weekend and the sunset view on the waters edge was awesome.

Really nice comfortable accommodation. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. Might not suit some that bathroom is ground floor while beds are upstairs but didn't really bother us.

Delightful, well equipped, clean, 2 story unit. Owners were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and nearby activities. Great place to stay with friends in neighbouring units, has a lovely communal bbq area, and beachfront access.

This place would deserve a 6 star for their great hosts. You can really feel their love for the area and their communal breakfast is amazing. But maybe 5 starrs is fair because not everything is perfect. We cleaned plates and pans again before using them (they can't check everything I guess), there were no handtowles and the cutlery and some furnitures aren't at their best anymore. But nothing that worried us. To mention all the great things would take a lot more lines here. I can highly recommend this place for almost everyone. Only if you want everything perfect and new maybe look for a fancy hotel instead.

Great spot very quiet. Lovley service with parking right at the door. Plenty of room for a 6+ meter boat aswell. Would recommend on your next fishing trip 👍

Just got here and it is fantastic! Warm welcome, great info cards, spacious, washing machine, free wifi etc! Only thing I would suggest to make it 110% perfect is an extra AC upstairs, flyscreens on Windows and the Wi-Fi drops out sometimes but other than that completely perfect! #green

Friendly hosts who organised bacon eggs breakfast for all cabin guests. Gorgeous cabins with everything we needed. Would have loved to stay longer.

Two single women travelling- could not fault this place. Very clean, lots of little extra touches, quiet.
