Sacred Pet Boutique have surpassed themselves again. Having purchased Rex Specs from them 2 years ago, and with constant use by a busy Border Collie, I needed a replacement lens. On ordering the new lens, it arrived promptly, only to find I had ordered the wrong size. This was no problem for them after a quick phone call, I sent my lens back, and my replacement quickly arrived without fuss. Thank you for your amazing service, it's very hard to find these days. I certainly appreciate it and would recommend your business to all pet owners.

Great, soft, light weight pet collars made of soft cotton that my cats don't even notice they are wearing. Great quality and so many beautiful designs to choose from. Quick delivery, though slightly expensive. Will purchase again. Thank you.

So Sacred Pet Boutique sent them both but charged for one and trusted that I would return the size I did not want. I brought a life cykel pet mushroom extract from these guys online and while I can’t speak for instore, but the delivery was one of the quickest items I have ever received.

Was packed great and secure with bubble wrap and foam.

That sent emails in regards to postage also.

Purchased two rounded dog collars for long haired dogs. Product arrived within 24hrs (amazing Aust Post given the floods in QLD!💐) and were beautifully packaged. I can't tell you how much my kittens love their 'buzzy bee' cat wand - I even have to put it in time out or else they would play with it 24/7. It's beautifully made with leather so I don't worry about cheap string snapping (and potentially swallowed) - also came beautifully and thoughtfully packaged. Highly recommend.

Ordered dog motorcycle goggles. Happy with the quality. Prompt delivery. Pooch not entirely happy with the goggles - but will get used to them over time.

Great customer service. I received my order so quickly and it was packaged well and I was also updated regularly on the progress of my order. Alfie seems to have taken to his Rex Specs quickly, he wore them on the bike ride to the beach, on the beach and home again yesterday. He has dry eye so I thought I would try them out to protect his eyes mainly when riding but if he’s happy to keep them on at the beach that’s a bonus. Thanks so much.
