This a a Brussels Sprout farm. While that may make you smirk, you need to know that sprouts are excellent eating, this family farm takes pride in growing them, and they host a terrific festival from time to time (two so far, and I hope it becomes regular). The farm is open for sales at some times in the season, but your main interest here his that driving by, you will get to see the BIG BRUSSELS SPROUT! Yes, a new Big Thing on the Aussie map. His name is Arthur, after the owner's dad.

As well, the plants are very beautiful, and you will be able to see them from the road.
