So happy with our fireplace and hearth that we purchased from Cradle Country Fireplaces. They were really helpful and looked after us on price really well. Also had what we wanted in stock. Highly recommend the trip out as the service here was far superior to some businesses in Launceston.

Thank you Cradle Mountain Fireplaces (David) for answering my list of questions and emails!

Initially I was dealing with a company in Hobart that could not even bother to get someone to call me back so I could organise payment and instalment. David however answered all my questions and even suggested that my choice would possible be a little too small for my area, but I was stubborn and went for the little Nectre.

It does a marvellous job! On a very cold winter day, I better close the bedroom doors to keep the heat in the dining, living room and kitchen... but for its size its a ripper :)

You have been very helpful and will def come back for my next wood heater!

We have just purchased a Nectre 60 woodheater from Cradle Mountain Fireplaces (CMF). David was fantastic in helping us purchase what we needed for our new home. He picked the right heater for a tight corner and everyone that visits is impressed not only by the warmth of our home but the elegant style. CMF coordinated the shipping to Hobart for us the day after purchase and it arrived safe and sound. It was fitted by an installer of their recommendation and he did a marvellous job. David has since followed up to ensure that everything has gone to plan. With snow still on the mountain we are glad that we used David’s experience and knowledge. Thanks CMF and David.

Couldn't be more happy with our finished product. So happy with our oven we made a little pizza hut for our oven to sit in.
Have spent many hours around it, producing some misses, due to fire being too hot, but far more successes. Perfect way of entertaining, where guests can have hands on experience and create their own pizza to their individual tastes

We purchased our Grande 1 pizza Oven maybe 18 mths ago and have never regretted it so have well and truly tested it out. It draws perfectly, cooks perfectly and don't think we have ever been as happy with any other purchase.

We built 4 rustic styled huts on our farm in Penguin, and had installed the little Nectre wood heaters in each of them. We are extremely pleased with how they warm the huts up so cosy, and they have added a welcoming ambience on cold winter nights.

We didn't end up purchasing from Cradle Mountain Fireplaces but only because they didn't stock the brand of fireplace we eventually decided to buy. But the overall pricing, information and incredible service from Bronson made it impossible not to leave a glowing review for these guys.

Very happy with our Nectre inbuilt. Draws nicely and you can slow the combustion right down. Next time I will have it built closer to the floor. Its lovely to load at 600mm up, but you can't get your feet warm in front of it.
