I rarely leave reviews but it is a shame that Dr. Win is leaving. I wish him the best of luck on his new life adventure. Dr. Win is one of the kindest and most compassionate GPs that I have ever come across. He explains everything in detail regarding your medical care and lets the patient ask questions or have their input without any medical ego. Most of all Dr. Win does not talk down to you. You do not feel like you are just a "number" or "cashcow" in the medical system, unlike some other doctors. Dr. Win spends time with you and treats you as a human being. The only negative I can find in this situation is that Dr. Win is leaving. The practice is losing a great doctor. I hope the practice will manage to find a gold star GP like Dr. Win to take care of my medical needs or find another doctor in the practice that will take me on as a patient.

I've seen doctor Augustine Lyu a few times now and he has to be the best doctor I've come across. Listens to every need and takes his time doing so instead of rushing through the appointment like most doctors. He is very thorough and does his best to get my issues under control as well as contact me as soon as he knows results and that's been especially relieving because I'm pregnant and a bit of a hypochondriac. Absolutely recommend him!!

I have recently moved to North Q. & I had been seeing Dr Win for quite some time.
I was so sorry to leave this wonderful doctor's care.
He is truly amazing & caring & explains all conditions & treatment plans to reduce any anxiety you may have.

The most caring and professional doctors. I am looked after by Dr Win who is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Last week, Dr Anu saved my partners life. She went the extra mile which made all the difference. I’m always most impressed that these doctors see the human behind the health condition. Our thanks can not be expressed in words.

I revert and apologise. I was wrong in my original review should there still be cache versions available. I thought my appointment was Friday 23rd and I was annoyed the clinic was closed that day but it was the wrong day I showed up...1 week early. I was wrong and I take ownership I was wrong. I have deleted my original review. I do hope the doctors enjoyed their break!

The girls at reception are always friendly and even try and fit you in when the doctors are fully booked. Dr. Win is a very caring and kind doctor and doesn't rush you through your appointment. He also takes the time to explain things to you and discuss your health issues or concerns with you in detail.

This was the first time I have been to this practice. Booking was easy through Healthengine . Dr Augustine is very nice ,efficient, very helpful and thorough with clear follow up advice.

Doctor Augustine is thorough and kind, the clinic is clean and reception is professional and helpful. The care here is pretty good quality from my experience.

Been going here my entire life and now my two sons come here and see the same doctor. The receptionists are always helpful, all the doctors here are amazing :)
