Secure Parking - Wentworth Street Car Park

Excellent car park for Auto Alley end of Church St, or if you are visiting Mobile Citi!! And if you want to avoid the nightmare that is Westfield Parramatta car park!! Quick in and out, pay stations a plenty, good for daytime parking but probably a bit lonely at night..
Narrow parking as usual, have to find your way to upper floors in day time, lifts are quick.

Good location, usually not too hard to get a park and reasonably priced

Easy parking available all time.

Allot of space and standard 3 hour free parking

I use this parking on a regular basis as it is the closest to the train station, however, i am very unhappy/ disappointed with their service.

They recently increased their price which is acceptable however, their service is extremely poor.

Entry to the park is fine and so is finding a good /safe spot. The problems i have with them are :

- Upon return to my suburb and attempting to pick up my car, their tickets never work and i am unable to get access into the car park to collect my car, have to press their buzzer and get no answer after which i make a call to the number written.

- I have to wait for a long time on the phone until someone answers and whenever they do answer, they are extremely rude and ignorant, they aren't even sure what you are talking about. they normally instruct me to walk up to the exit so they can open the gate for me to get in and when i do this i have to once again wait out in the rain or darkness until someone answers and i am able to get in :(

- Now, once i have access to the parking, their ticketing machine seems to have a problem on a daily basis. Once you put your ticket in, it throws it out saying it cannot read it or sometimes when you put your credit card in for payment, it gets STUCK and you have to wait for a very rude caretaker to come out and open the machine out so you can have you own friggin card back. Even after this happens and you are unable to get your ticket paid, you have to once again press the emergency button and wait or pay cash and then wait at the exit gate until someone answers their phone and opens the gate.

- All in all, really bad bad bad service.

Like the convenience and safety given to me but not when it costs me 40 mins of my personal time to collect my car.

I wouldnt mind if it happens once or twice in a month but it happens 3-4 times a week which is so much time lost :(
