I can't speak highly enough about Kenton Ross Funerals. We used them 10yrs ago for my Dad & didn't hesitate when Mum passed a few weeks ago. We had the pleasure of dealing with Tim who was amazing to work with. He put us at ease straight away & he was so helpful & efficient. Our Mum had Scottish heritage & he suggested a Piper. We hadn't considered that & it was fabulous addition to the service. His little extra touches, excellent work on the Order Of Service & follow up calls before & after the Service were icing on the cake. Couldn't have asked for more. 10/10 service. Definitely recommend them.

We highly recommend Kenton Ross funerals. The support and sensitivity with planning a funeral for a loved one was 10 out of 10. They were with us every step of the way - even after the funeral. They were easy to contact and always responded quickly. They have great attention to detail, sourced the music and organised the slide show just to name some services. Nothing was too much trouble.

Sam at Kenton Ross Funerals answered our early morning call to take our beloved mum into their care after she left us just before Christmas 2023. His calm, sincere and thoughtful manner endeared him and his entire team to our family. He made this very difficult time so much easier to bare and he organised a farewell ceremony which was befitting, distinctive and special for the beautiful, strong woman and cherished relative and friend whose life we were celebrating. From start to finish this group of wonderful, caring people made this difficult task a peaceful and memorable experience. We thank them very much.

Many grateful, heartfelt thanks to Tim for helping me organise my father-in-law's Funeral Service on 26/9/2023. His passing occurred only 8 1/2 weeks after the death of my 66yr old husband who I was married to for 43 years, so it was an extremely difficult time for me in every possible way. Tim was very friendly, compassionate, understanding, patient & helpful from beginning to end, & not just with me, but with everyone who was involved. He thought of everything, & continually went "over & above" in any way he could to lighten my load, which I really valued & appreciated. He was honest; gave practical advice; & genuinely cared & supported me throughout the whole process. He is very well-suited for this job & is well-able to meet all the challenges that comes with it. Kenton Ross funerals were amazing in helping with organising my dad's funeral in August last year. We had originally gone with another funeral home in Lawnton however experienced little to no communication over 7 days with them, with cultural needs not being met, this was very upsetting and understandably additional stress in an already stressful situation. Within a day of contacting the team at Kenton Ross we organised for him to be returned and ready to be put to rest. The very next day we were all ready to go with crystal clear communication across the board. The service was beautiful and exactly what dad would have wanted. The burial as well was perfect and the team that escorted us to and from site were emotionally aware and also up for a good chat while understanding there was a lot happening. Cannot recommend this team enough. Jason was top tier. Thank you all so much, it's taken me a year to write this review, but the service you provided over a year ago is still fresh in my mind. Kenton Ross could not be faulted. We dealt with Tim, directly and his experience and knowledge was clear. His communication and language was skilful and memorable. Considering the nature surrounding the interactions with Tim, it was smooth and felt easy and reassuring. Tim is clearly adaptable, depending on the needs or process of grief for each family member, and is able to build and establish rapport accordingly which is nothing short of impressive. Funerals can be overwhelming and stressful, but Tim came through and accepted the challenge. He was patient, considerate, empathetic and professional. Each challenge was welcomed and overcome. Tim was able to observe and capture the character of our deceased loved one perfectly, simply from what we shared during the funeral planning. I truely can not fault him. Thank you, Tim - truely. Tammy, Tim and team made the thing I dreaded the most (funeral planning) less daunting and supported me the whole time. Nothing was ever a hassle and their communication was excellent. Very reasonably priced too!

3 months ago my beautiful daughter grew her wings at only 18. Kenton Ross services supported my family in this most difficult time to ensure her send off was perfect in every way. Everything was high quality and No ask was too big for Jason who helped us to personalise her service and make sure the day was a special send off where friends and family were able to celebrate her life.

Can not praise Kenton Ross enough. They took care of my mothers funeral last week with absolute professionalism and cultural sensitivity. The funeral Tim and funeral celebrant Erin were amazing and made the tough time a lot easier.
