Jase and his team are so knowledgable, helpful and more than happy to help with recommendations - we are delighted with our cabinetry handles and door hardware used throughout our new home. 🌟

I spoke with Jase from Handle House - Brisbane and he was absolutely fantastic - informative, new all the products inside out, made suggestions that took the door wear from looking basic to outstanding. The turnaround time for special finishes and delivery was so fast and efficient considering the reno was in a rural area of the Northern Rivers in NSW.

Customer service can't be faulted, made an enquiry over the phone, then ordered online. The staff were very friendly and helpful, website is easy to navigate and delivery was super fast ( 2 days express delivery). 10/10 recommend.

Jase from Handle House was excellent. We chose our handles on site and he figured out all the different sizes we needed. Ruthlessly efficient. After our order arrived, we realised that we needed one more handle. I called first thing in the morning and the order was made (had to be specially powder coated), despatched and couriered to me within 3 hours.

I recently purchased new door handles for all our interior doors and a new dutch door. Jase was incredibly helpful, staying late in a Friday arvo to finish my order and probleming solving the best way to tackle the Dutch door locks. We just had the handles installed and they look beautiful and the flush latch bolt works well. Thanks to Jase & Brisbane team for awesome service!

Amazing customer service and support! Recently phoned to order some new handles as a replacement for some fitted just over 12 months ago. Spoke with Jase who then went more than the extra mile to get them replaced under warranty and shipped straight to my home address. He continued to follow to make sure my order was delivered and that I was satisfied when he could have just sold me some new ones. Not often you see this sort of customer service and integrity from businesses nowadays. Would recommend them highly not just to supply in the first instance but to stand behind the quality of the product they sell.

Jase was absolutely brilliant this morning. Even moved a board so I could compare some handles. Before I knew it we'd chosen our handles, paid and the products were on the counter waiting for us. Welcomed our dog upstairs too so we could take our time. Thank you very much.

Amazing customer service! What an absolute pleasure to deal with such a professional, organized, friendly, efficient business. My order of black handles was processed so quickly and they arrived in no time. I accidentally ordered less than required and Handle House were so kind in helping me rectify my mistake. Highly highly recommend! Oh, and the handles are perfect too!

The best helpful service i have had in a long time from both Brisbane and Kunda Park stores.
We had some difficulty adjusting the handle to fit the door, but the handle house staff were amazing at troubleshooting it for us to make it work. Even following up with us to check we were happy! Amazing service just for a door handle! The handle is beautiful quality and it was delivered the next day after order!! Great job guys! Be sure to tell the manufacturer of the handle to add to the install instructions that the inter-connecting pins are adjustable, that would of saved a lot of time.
