Great outdoor and indoor seating. Lilbit over priced, but worth to spend... They are really busy store please be patient to get ur order on busy dat, as all humans at work (real handmade) be kind to hardworking staff.

Wonderful place, Wonderful food, Wonderful people! This is a favourite place to take friends, family, and visitors when they come to Townsville. It always delights and impresses them, and everyone is happy! The food is superb and delicious; the service is excellent and fast; and the people are so friendly and welcoming. I went today, and Mel was especially kind. Highly recommend this Grill'd!

Finally got to eat here recently, we arrived in a peak time but were still able to get a seat, the staff were so nice they even came to the table to double check our order due to some changes our little one wanted to make to her burger. One burger came a bit late which the staff let us know about and gave us some complimentary chips as an apology. This is above and beyond good service and in my opinion the burger wasn't that late in the end. Thank you for great service even when it was clear everyone was flat out.

Amazing burgers here, staff are always friendly . Love my Sweet chilli chicken Burger for lunch , sweet potato chips are so delicious (sometimes they go a bit overboard with the salt though 😅
Service is super quick no more than a 10min wait, definitely recommend

I just ate at this store 100% impressed. Very impressed with Indy, who served me and made me feel very welcome. Outstanding service, a great experience. Indy is manager material, just in case the owners of Grilled wanted to know. Thank you so much Indy for the dining experience.

I've updated my initial review following a further visit in August 2022. One of our group is coeliac and the staff went out of their way to ensure his meal was gluten free, the chef even came to the table mid-meal to double check everything was ok. In addition to the great service the food was very good. Very impressed.

Wayne was the best server ever- really good customer service skills and was great with resolution to the problem we had with our burger. They were out of a product so he gave us options for other products. If I could give him 6 stars I would! Great place.

What an amazing experience, they sent me a handwritten note and coupons since they were out of what I ordered.

Was at the restaurant tonight before closing. All the staff were amazing and so friendly. And the burgers and chips were great! 5 stars for the service. Will def be back. Great work Grill'd team Fairview 😊

Awesome burgers, can't recommend Simon says enough, with the zucchini chips. The soft creamy centre is like an orgasm on your tongue.
Staff are friendly too.

Delicious!!! We had the vintage Sliders and they were packed full of flavour 😍😍😍 wait time was excellent also!
