Great camping area. Composted toilets but clean. There are few hikes that you can do from the camp.

Hiking review and notes: we did the Cascades trail which starts from Manna Gum camping area. It is a moderate level track, especially after rains it can get muddy and slippery so good hiking boots are much needed. We picked the anti-clockwise direction; the first half of the journey was a bit strenuous but the rest was a breeze! We stopped at 2 waterfalls (the water was really cold but refreshing!) only to realise there were more gorgeous spots to swim in all along the track! The birdsong was glorious, and we spotted two snakes. They are venomous so make sure to stand well away and not aggravate them. We will definitely be returning!! Toilets are very clean, and a good number of car parks are available for day visitors. A real gem!!

Manna Gum is a great camp ground within the National Park highly recommend...great scenery and lots of birdlife to enjoy ..great walks to go on and marvellous views ..suggest to go mid week as I did if you would like a nice peaceful visit,as on Saturday when leaving the camping ground and all the others on the way in were nearly full with constant traffic on the road. You need to keep your wits about you while driving as most of the drivers have no clue how to drive on narrow windy roads as they drive at too fast a speed and don't get their left wheels off on to the verge ...scared to get their brand new 4 x 4s dirty !!!

LOVED LOVED LOVED this campsite. Zero mobile phone reception. Lots of space between camping groups, short 2 minute was to the creek, decent swimming hole (if it was warmer) and water was still flowing even though it was winter and little rain recently. The bathrooms and camping area is all wheelchair accessible, and small normal cars could easily access and drive around the campsite. The fire pits were pretty good. Water taps were spread out around the camp. The bathrooms weren't too stinky, considering they're drop toilets, unless someone mistakenly left the lid open. There's several hiking trails that leave directly from here. The cascades track was really good! Some really great swimming holes the first half too! I'd recommend hiking it clpck-wise though.

Great place to go for an overnight getaway. The cascade circuit is worth taking the time to enjoy it and the many creek crossings. Great for star gazing on a clear night and you can have a fire in the fire pit/bbq depending on fire warnings.

There's no mobile reception at all for quite some way before you get to any of the camp grounds in the area as well.

Beautiful place to camp for a night. Flat areas with barbecue pits. Also has a few walking trails with varying distances and difficulty levels. We took the short one (1.2km) and loved it. The longest from memory was up to 12km and explored the valley and stream which runs past the camping area

Lovely place full of birds. Check out how many bower birds there are! The walks are lovely. Camping areas are huge. BYO firewood.

Very clean camp sites, few cows roaming around and the toilets were very clean. No mobile reception and it is worth buying the bags of wood on the way in for $10.

A great campground, and free.
Out of the way, no shops and being a national park, pets are banned.
There's toilets and water, and plenty of peace and quiet, with bush walking tracks through rainforest.
