Gladfield Driver Reviver Rest Area

Very good rest area either before you venture over Cunningham's Gap or if you need a break after tackling it. Clean toilets plenty of shade

Gorgeous views and clean amenities. There is a free driver reviver run by the rotary club that opens during peak holiday times, as well.

The volunteers here were friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they advised that they need a partition signed to keep it open. Driver safety has always been promoted as the Givernments #1 priority, why would they consider closing this and other rest stops, it saves lives, the items are donated and costs are low. Just because it doesn't make the government money, does not mean it is not valuable. Rest stops are 'survival stips'!

Great place to stop. Public toilets,lots of parking and in the school holidays driver reviver stop is open.

If you're tired, this is a great place to refresh. Beautiful grassed area with plenty of parking, picnic tables and the driver reviver shed with free tea or coffee.

Really hit the spot, hot coffee and Biscuits, 20 min break, small donation. And the QLD gov want's to close them all down .😢😢

Always take advantage of a driver reviver, even if you don't think you need to. Coffee was good (tastes better when its free).

Great spot, easily accessible from main road, lots of undercover picnic tables, clean toilets, great sweeping views of the mountains, swings for kids, large parking area, lots of trees provide shade

Went there today with hubby and were greeted by a humorous and friendly couple. Lovely service, thank you for your time in volunteering to provide for us travellers.

Many times i have had my life saved by these driver reviver sites and for the labor party in power its a dangerous move to again be out of touch with the Australian way of life

Pulled over to a truck trailer on fire at 11pm today there. Enjoyed the show shame the driver reviver was closed no free coffee

I stopped here trying to determine wether or not the range was in fact shut, yes it was!! But, it is also a really nice spot to stop!

Only used the amenities, the entire area was very neat and tidy, the amenities were very clean.

Lovely friendly lady and gentleman who apart from the nice welcoming cup of tea also were able to help give me directions to my destination.
