Good location. The place is not big and not that busy. But that helps me to find the book that I am looking for. Since they arrange the shelves quite orderly

I rocked up with a present for a friend Bday party and purchase some gift wrapping at this store. Clare has been so nice to wrap up the present for me and made the gift super nice.

Really amazing book store. Solid selection and the staff are so friendly and knowledgable. They really go out of their way to help you. Sure the prices are cheaper at Kmart or Big W but it's all relative, and I would happily pay more to get this kind of service. I go to Big W and they just look at you with a "I don't get paid enough to help you" blank stare.

Open late on Fridays - bonus if you're looking for a gift in the area. Great selection of books as well as other small gift v items. Even their occasional card selection is quite good.

Very friendly staff, with a well kept, tidy and organised selection. Special orders can be made, in a highly efficient service, but keeps a wide selection in all areas of interest. Large selection of games, and cards and other novelty items and gifts.

Friendly, helpful staff always with great suggestions for a new read. Good range of small gift items and cards. Click and collect available. Can’t wait to browse in store again.

Last time I was here I placed an order for a book they did not have in stock. This time it was a quick and easy process to retrieve the book I had ordered. There are always friendly and helpful staff here.one of my favourite stores.

With so few book shops left on the planet it's comforting to be able to just browse through Dymocks. Mostly browsing turns to buying, but that's another story.
I needed a copy of The Tibetan Book of the Dead (perhaps we all do) and there it was on the shelf in it's place, under the category of Religion and Philosophy. A single copy. The shop is very well lit, clean and well organised. The customer service staff are friendly and helpful. Keep book shops open in your neighbourhood. It would be a pity to loose them altogether. The hours are convenient and the location is near to everything else you need for body and soul.

The staff is super friendly. They also take personal orders if you want a book they don't have (I'm not sure how broad the range/countries etc they could get them from though). I've made about 5 personal orders and got them all. Happy customer. :)

So helpful! I was looking for a book but they didn’t have it in stock anywhere in Victoria so they posted it to my local store for free! The staff were so friendly and they usually have the books I am looking for in stock with such a vast library at hand. I would recommend it for any and every book lover out there!

I never google review anything but I just went for lock-down click and collect and it was the easiest thing ever. Thank you to the poor person on the phone who had to put up with my phone cutting in and out. And thank you for the extra goodies on pick up :) Defiantly made my day, if not the entire week lockdown! Also the shop itself, every-time Iv'e been, has always had what I wanted, and more (which is dangerous for my saving account!). Best Dymocks out there! Super excited to get into my new reads! Thanks again!
