Went to purchase a Bundaberg Guava drink. The price tag said $3.70 but came up as $4.05 on the register. I showed the person working and they refused to change the till price or give it for free. Poor service.

Was treated very rudely. Accused of trying to put a double shot in coffee after topping up with cold milk. The lady serving then accused me of stealing and charged $2 for a $1 coffee. Seems small, but she then swore at me and told me it says a lot about my character that I would not accept the charge or take the coffee.

Absolute Appalling Customer Service by Avarinda with no name tag .
I had purchased a loaf of bread that was totally moulding before exp date...
I showed him proof and was told he could not do anything about it.
I was shocked as this is against consumer laws....
Luck for me I have proof of purchase

the guy on a counter he is very rude even he dont have a manners to talk with customer. always busy on phone rather than serve customer zero
