We did their 4 hr Cobb & Co Stagecoach Experience. It was jam packed with fun and firsts. Starting with scones, jam and tea/coffee served in their cafe on Eagle St, onto the hilarious stagecoach ride out of town, back for their comedy show (with hilarious Okker humour!) and finally a movie in the old campfire setting theatre in double deck chairs. Brilliant! Plus the amount of gifts, clothing and memorabilia available in the shop was incredible. It’s like stepping back in time. A truly memorable experience. Well done guys!!

Our family did the sunset cruise experience, it was excellent.

We opted for bus pickup from our accommodation, totally worth doing this, bus driver Steve was hilarious.

The cruise was fun, with lots of great commentary. The evening around the fire was lovely with delicious food and great poetry.

Kudos to the team when the tech glitched and they stepped up to continue to deliver an outstanding experience, which in my view was even better, given that we got the once in a lifetime experience that no one else is going to get!

Highly recommend.

Well done Outback Pioneers.
We attended the 4hr Cobb &Co stage coach morning and it was fantastic, the show was funny and entertaining.
We also attended the Starlight Paddle cruise and dinner show which was also fantastic. Will definitely let family and friends know and we will definitely return

We have just spent the last 4 days in Longreach, we are so happy to have done 3 of the Experiences with outback pioneers, the sunset boat cruise, stage coach & finishing up with a trip to Nogo Station with Jeremy Kinnon as our host. All have been brilliant! Favourite for me was Nogo Station with Jeremy showing us what it’s like to run a sheep station, and take us through the Shearer’s shed, very informative and just a great morning out. Thanks Jeremy and the whole team, you have made our longreach trip a trip to remember. And don’t forget to go to Mums shop for some hats or new socks 😃👍🏻

We really enjoyed our river cruise. The guides were all friendly with a sense of humor. The cruise on the paddle boat was delightful and the stew was delicious. We loved the bush poetry and the cinema show.

Lots to choose from several outback pioneer experiences. Stagecoach experience including morning tea, and old style tent show. River cruise on the Thomson river including damper and supper and exceptional bush poetry.
A warm country welcome and something for everyone. Very professionally run, organised and on time. Highly recommend.
Best scones ever and a delicious hot stone dinner. Good value!

We did the Cobb and Co Stagecoach Experience and it was a wonderful. The stagecoach ride was followed by Smoko (morning tea) with Devonshire tea.

Afterwards, we watched an Australian Classic Bush Movie in an old time theaterette in a very comfortable deck chair with pop corn included.

The Harry Redford Old Timer tent Show was so funny and full of some Australian old yarns, jokes and poems.

Definitely a not to miss experience. You’d love it.

Absolutely awesome tours! We did the sunset river crisis a couple of nights ago and it was a wonderful Aussie experience. Lovely, relaxing trip up the Thomson River, followed by great entertainment and a delicious dinner. I especially appreciated that at the end of the night they spoke about the other tourist attractions you can do around Longreach. Today we've done the Nogo Experience and to me this is one of the best tours I've ever done. For a city slicker to be able to stand right next to a shearer shearing a sheep was thrilling! The Kinnon brothers, who run the tour, are some of the funniest guys you'll ever meet with the Aussiest accent you'll ever hear. After a trip around a section of farm, seeing a variety of animals and wildlife, we sat around a campfire and had a delicious lunch and billy tea. I can see why Outback Pioneers have won tourism awards. I've got memories from Longreach I'll cherish for ever

I went on the twilight river boat cruise first and enjoyed it immensely!
A nice cruise up the Thompson river and a lovely sunset as we turned back.
The bush camp-oven meal of stew and damper plus bush poets capped off an 'old Aussie way of life' experience.

Great story tellers. We did a couple of tours here. First was the river paddle wheeler which included snacks on board while cruising the Thompson River after we had a show around a campfire bush poetry followed by camp oven dinner. Then a movie under the stars 🌟 followed by damper and tea.
The other tour was a cob n co stage coach ride followed by an old time movie and a tent show.
Really something for everybody.

We have just return from a fabulous week at Outback Pioneers Longreach hosted by the Kinnon family. The whole experience from accommodation at the Staging Post the activities as the Stagecoach ride the funfilled Tent experience. A full day at Nogo Station with son Jeremy's informative talk of the work and conditions of shearers assisted by border collie Banjo display of sorting the sheep ending with a camp-fire lunch. The cruise on the Thomson River followed by the camp-fire bush dinnertime and poetry
the Winton trip to the Age of Dinosaurs and the Waltzing Matilda centre with lunch at the North Gregory hotel. Tour of the Qantas Museum and finally visit to the Australian Stockmans Hall of Fame. The meals were country style and delicious. The staff friendly and helpful. Our bus driver Duncan was without a doubt extremely helpful knowledgeable and nothing was any trouble for him. He added to our experience by his professionalism and friendliness.
Thank you to the Kinnon family for your hospitality

Kinnon family - you outta be congratulated 😁
Guests are so well looked after, experiences are realistic, entertaining, informative, and most importantly, fun.
The Nogo Station experience with Jeremy at the helm & Jack at the campfire was one of the BEST and most fun days I've ever had.
Do the 3 experiences deal. We did!

We had the best experience with the guys from Outback Pioneers. We went on 3 tours, Nogo Station, Stagecoach experience and The Thomson River Cruise/dinner/show. All 3 were so well put together and our guides were very knowledgeable. We felt like part of the family and were extremely well looked after. I can't recommend this company highly enough when you visit Longreach, it was a great experience.

A fantastic family company to deal with. Enjoyed the paddle wheeler cruise, dinner and sound & light show on the Thompson. Stayed overnight in the Coach House and took the morning stage coach ride and billy can lunch with Harry Redford show. Thanks to Nikki at front of house. Very helpful.

Great attraction for Longreach. The tent show was entertaining and funny with Australian old time jokes, songs and bush poetry. The coach ride was a great way to see some bush and the Eagle St of Longreach. After the coach ride a cuppa and scones is a great finisher.
