Pivotal Pilates

I had not done Pilates before joining Pivotal Pilates. Th space is very peaceful and inviting. The instructors are amazing, they give you a whole body workout. The instructors give you guidance in each session and they are caring.

Lovely professional instructors who take interest in each individual during classes. I am amazed how my mobility and strength in my back has improved in a very short time.
Never thought I would be able to touch my toes again...and yes I can do it now with ease.

I am loving reformer Pilates at Pivotal Pilates in Kallangur. I was a bit nervous about starting something new, especially with a previous back injury. But with encouragement to go slow and being taught good technique I am now growing in strength and confidence. Thoroughly recommend them.

I've been enjoying the pilates sessions for about 6 weeks now and it has made such a difference to my strength, balance and general wellbeing that is noticeable every single day. The studio is welcoming and beautiful, with very small groups, so the instructors can provide individual guidance throughout each session, ensuring that I feel comfortable with using the reformers and working to my capacity. I highly recommend booking in for a session to give it a go for yourself.
