Great staff. Sam and her team care and are very helpful.

The clinic is very clean and hygienic.
The staffs are so friendly. They know you personally, greeted you with warm smile every time you come, made you feel comfortable and secure.
I had my implants done with Sam, she made sure that all procedures done correctly and perfectly. I’m very pleased with the results.
My children never complained in every check up and I know they are handled with care professionally.

Who knew that going to the dentist would be a comfortable and pleasant experience? Well Dr Sam (Samantha) and the team at Northern Beaches Family Dental make that a reality. The environment is friendly and calming and Dr Sam makes the most nervous patient feel like they are just laying back at home in their comfy lounge chair. The quality of treatment, attention to detail and the teams' ability to make a patient relax with what is happening are the best I have experienced in terms of dental care. Well done team!!

I made a very last minute appointment, and the dentist, Laura, and her dental assistant (Faye) stayed back because they didn’t want me to be in pain. Laura was extremely friendly and very thorough. She looked at multiple reasons for my tooth pain, and took the time to explain everything without the condescending jargon. I’ve already booked in my next visit and will be recommending Northern Beaches Family Dental to everyone I know.

They are the best dentist in Brookvale. Best facility and amazing doctors who make you feel welcome and treat you well.

Absolute attention to detail, best customer service and gentle treatment. Dr Lai Sing takes the time to thoroughly explain and discuss problems and treatment options. And the staff will make you feel right at home.

Great dentist. Send reminders, incredibly friendly faces of staff and always smiling. Sam is very thorough in explaining what needs to be done and the reasons why. They really make you feel at ease

For anyone who is thinking of using this dentist please make sure you do. I was blown away by how friendly the staff were (Faye) and Samantha the dentist was amazing. I am not one that loves the dentist but they made the whole visit very easy and relaxing.
Make sure you see them and I will definitely be back.

Sam has helped me so much. The team at Nth Beaches Family dental worked with my fear of needles, sorted out some major dental issues with a lot of knowledge and experience. They are not the cheapest - you need good private health insurance - but the outcomes are exceptional.

I highly recommend Dr Samantha she is kind, caring, puts you at ease and is the best dentist I have been to. I recently switched dentists after 10 years at my old one and I am really happy I did.

I had major dental work done and Sam explained everything to me in ways I could easily understand. I didn't even realise she had anesthitised me she was so gentle. I highly recommend her and her team.
