We've had the pleasure of booking Damon 3 times now - he is very reliable, well priced and responsive. He's helped with our annual cockroach spray and also helped remove a possum from our roof. Highly recommend.

I asked Damon to help us with a possum living in a chimney after reading all his fabulous reviews ... and he certainly lived up to them! He is very knowledgable, safety conscious, persistent (important with possums!) and an all round delightful person to deal with. He arrived when he said he would, the fee was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Damon has done a general pest spray at two of our houses now. He came out within 2 days when I called a requested a pest spray, showed up on time and does a great job!

Had delayed seeking treatment as as I have a toddler and 2 small dogs, hence was concerned about product safety. Damon took the time to answer my many questions and to top it off, the pest treatment has been very safe and effective and I only wish I had it done sooner! Now Pest Control responded to me quote request which I sent at 7pm at night, within minutes. It was affordable and they were able to fit me in the next morning which was perfect for my time frame. We would highly recommend Damon from Now Pest Control. His customer service was fantastic. I asked for quotes on a trade website and he answered within moments. He was very affordable and came with cages and fruit to catch the possums in our roof. His high tech system connected to our WiFi which meant that as soon as a possum set off his motion sensors near the cages , a photo was sent to his phone and he let us know that we had activity and then success with the capture of each possum. He returned the next day to release them safely. Damon was careful and polite with his every visit to our home. We had some persistent possums that returned through another hidden entrance but he happily returned to find and block this entrance very permanently and neatly. We found this a stressfree operation, thanks to Damon.

I had a trapped bird in my house for 1 day and wasn't sure how I could get it out. Sent a text to Damon early Sunday who promptly called back to offer some advice about sweeping it off a very high window ledge with a broom. This worked instantly as it safely flew out the back doors. He apologised for not being able to attend a home visit, but I appreciated his friendly professionalism and super helpful advice. I would definitely recommend engaging with Damon.

Damon was a life saver! In very trying conditions under our house he managed to coax a young brushtail possum from the fan box of our ducted air con and then set up camera to make sure it was out of ducting completely. The upshot was a possum no worse for its ordeal and air con that worked again! Very happy with his prompt visit, his strategy and friendly service. Highly recommend!
