I ordered a cake for my mum's 90th birthday which was absolutely gorgeous and was delicious. It was very impressive and was exactly as per the shot on the website. My second time ordering from the Cupcake Factory, both times i ordered online and both times no problems. Answered all my questions quickly.
I pickup and both times it was ready and waiting. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

My son’s birthday is in December and I make sure he gets cupcakes to celebrate with his friends at his daycare.

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday! It is absolutely beautiful, great delivery, last minute cake done incredibly quick. Having my daughter choose a theme last minute, I thought I could never get a cake made, however with the cupcake factory I was proven wrong. Look at the image for complete cake. Would order again!

I sent a couple of pictures through of what I had in mind and I was blown away when it was delivered how identical it was to what I had in mind. Absolutely perfect for miss 2s Park party. Their Classic package - 12 regulars is a favourite of my partner and I, I've ordered it to his office before and my office as well as a gift for our colleagues.

I decided to order one of their special birthday cakes for my black and white-themed birthday party this year and it was such a great decision.

Everyone was in awe of the cake and said it was too beautiful to eat and well, we did eat it of course and it was delicious! Their cakes are definitely sweeter than their cupcakes due to the decorations but the actual cake without the icing or the fondant is so rich and moist. The 6inch cake for 20 people was more for 25-30 people (it was tall and weighed very heavy!) so we gave some cake away to the bartenders and they loved it.

Overall, very happy.

I ordered some cupcake minis and a number birthday cake (young, wild and three theme..) and it all looked so beautiful and tasted great too!
Very accommodating they did 12 of the minis in gluten free, and it was their suggestion to pop a couple of animals on the number cake to tie it all together.
Our guests were so impressed with not only how it looked but how it tasted also. Thank you for a wonderful experience I hope you get some extra business as everyone asked where it was from, and I’ll be placing another order next year. Thank you 😊

If you are looking for cakes! look no further. My wedding cakes was divine, beautifully decorated to match my wedding theme. It was soft supple and moist, it was just super delicious! My birthday cake looked amazing and it tastes amazing. Great value for such beautiful cakes. I don’t live close by but I would travel to Drummoyne to pick the cakes up as it’s all worth it!

It's the second year in a row we ordered our son's birthday cake with TCF. Last year they did a wonderful job with the Pepa Pig themed b-day cake, it looked so cute, though we admit it was a little too dry for our taste. This year, we wanted a themed cake they didn't have on the website, but they happily accommodated our request and did a better job with the cake than the example I sent. See photo of my "requested" cake and their actual cake, which was marvellous! Everyone loved it and the children were over the moon to see Luca (Disney character) so well represented. The cake was delicious too.

I am really happy with my Indulgence Cupcake dozen. It was for my partner's birthday - a surprise delivery on a Saturday.
I noticed another comment this morning about the $38 delivery fee. I am also in the western suburbs and I thought given the circumstances of my location compared to the shop - as well as having a fresh delivery arrive on a Saturday - I thought the delivery fee was more than reasonable. Happy to pay that.
My surprise went according to plan and I am thankful to have this service. Thank you. I really appreciate it.

Freaking delicious, the kids loved it. So dense and think. They coloured it to our specifications, an excellent and rare company in comparison to todays companies.

Really happy with my order of selfie photo cupcakes for my friend's birthday. Ordering online and organising pickup from the store in Drummoyne was so easy. The cupcakes themselves are reasonably priced and turned out amazing. They also threw in a box of minis which was great bonus. Absolutely recommend The Cupcake Factory.

This is the first time I have ordered from this shop and I am one happy customer. From the beginning Janine was so helpful & accommodating to my Peppa pig cupcakes. When they arrived this morning my little girl couldn’t stop smiling the cupcakes are amazing & the cake is wonderful too. I have one happy little girl who cannot wait to share who cupcakes & cake with her friends. Would definitely recommend ☺

Ordered Valentine’s Day cupcakes from The Cupcake Factory, first of all their cupcakes are beautiful! So beautiful that my wife loves them.

The cupcakes are delicious and not overly sweet which is good.

Presentation of the overall package is very nice.
