You gotta love Quarter Deck at the Ville Casino.

My go to is Grilled Prawn. 5 Jumbo prawn is grilled perfectly every time! The chilly and lime sauce is just divine. Seafood pizza is a must. I don’t know what sauce in the pizza is made of but it is just delicious.

The prices at Quarter Deck compare to the same quality restaurants in Townsville are comparatively cheap!

There is nothing to complain at Quarter Deck but the service of the staff which is slack and how slow the meals are.

This has to be the best spot for for a sun downer and relax after spending the day in Townsville. The cocktail menu is very good and made very professionally. They have a lot of local spirits they use which is great. The staff are great and the views are amazing. So can highly recommend

I won’t lie I was ready to hate on this place for being so expensive but the food was actually perfect, the Caesar salad was BOMB. Same with chicken parmis. Great cocktail selections and specials, little difficult to find parking if the Ville is busy. Definitely recommend

We came here for sunset drinks and dinner. The cocktails were delicious and service was prompt and friendly. We ordered the cooked seafood platter, which was well priced and included fried fish, grilled prawns, oysters, mussels and bugs, and fried squid with chips and salad. It was enough for 2 hungry guests. Also, for dessert donut fries pretty good too.
The view is great and it has the staycation vibes.

Chilli margaritas are the bomb!

Excellent venue. Service was A-rate. The kind where they all super nice, attentive and professional. Even the trainee there on her second shift made an impression.

Such a great view whilst enjoying the hot and cold seafood platter. Probably won't have to eat for the rest of the day.

I'd I had friends, this is where I'll come to impress them. Carefree, relaxed, but with class.

The QD is a nice bar to visit on little getaways. It has foods that are well portioned, tasty, and presentable. The atmosphere is high vibes, giving you a sense of vacation feel from the moment you sip down on your first cocktail of the night/day. My favourite drink was the kiwi lemonade cocktail jug. It can get very busy, but the bartenders give quick service. I recommend the pizzas as they are quick and delicious.

Hello! Traveling military tourist from the good ole US of A lol. Came to the Quarterdeck while me Mates were gambling and swimming. Been here several times now and have enjoyed the spicy tempura prawns, several pizzas, bucket of prawns, steak n chips special and Waygu beef burger with chips. Service was fast I’m usually able to polish off a pint or two before my food is ready at other places. I’ve enjoyed the drink specials made by the lovely ladies at the bar! Mariah 😘 Naivith 😘 Matt and Ian as well as the rest I can’t remember atm. All the food and drinks I’ve enjoyed this week have been delightful, reasonably delicious, savory and spicy in the case of the prawns. Came here for a good time and got to enjoy the company of a lot of the locals and those in for weddings and whatnot. For a spot with a lot of spread out tables and groups everyone makes you feel right at home and interested in starting up a conversation. Wonderful joint! Couldn’t recommend it more 🤙🏻 Cheers Mates!

The Quarterdeck is a must when in Townsville and in need of seafood.We had the cold seafood platter to share which was excellent. Bar staff are professional and friendly, a definite must visit.

Beautiful place for brunch/lunch!! Lovely views and atmosphere. Great coffee!! Really nice food at not too bad prices (a little on the high side). Friendly staff. No table service though but I guess that's not a huge issue. I had the Caesar salad with grilled prawns and a caramel latte. Was very nice and I will happily return! Highly recommend!

Quite expensive for what you get, but as expected considering it’s affiliated with the casino.
No bookings required. Lots of parking, great views and atmosphere.

Oh my God. Where to start with this review. If you see something you like please like the photo. The food is just wow. The prices are even better. So beautiful. The views are to die for. The service is excellent. You judge the photos of what we ate for breakfast and let your eyes judge for themselves. Cheers big ears

Beautiful place to eat and chat with friends and family. Love the open space and the view of the sea. I ordered the calamari which was delicious came with a rocket salad and aioli. For main I ordered the parmi which came out nice with the beer battered chips and a rocket salad with assorted veg which was a nice accompaniment to the heavy protein dish. My wife ordered the dry aged steak at a medium rare which she said was "devine". Overall a very pleasant dinner. Also if your ever at the bar make sure you lookout for Matt as he was very passionate about making our drinks and took the time and effort into our drinks which makes him an awesome mixologist 10/10 would go again.

Really good service despite the team learning a new system, they did great. View is also a highlight and even on a hot afternoon it was a pleasant area to sit back and have a drink.
We ordered the eye fillet and the rib eye and both were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of sides and mushroom sauce.
Highly recommended!

Love the Quarter Deck! Best place in Townsville for a few drinks and a feed - the atmosphere and views are stunning. The Poké bowl and sweet potato wedges were so good. The chicken parmi was over cooked but still delicious. Staff are friendly - perfect venue for celebrating with friends and family both during the day and late into the night.

Great ambience, views magnificent even on a rainy day. Food value is variable...the entrees/ starters are small and expensive for what you get, mains are still a bit pricey but much better value. Bar is close so that's a plus

I absolutely adored this place! Such a beautiful view, great service and delicious food and cocktails! This place is a gem. The food came out so quickly and was delicious and the cocktails were made by lovely and vibrant bar staff and they were also incredible. For a brand new place in such a great location, everything was reasonably priced and the casino right beside was a bonus. Definitely a hot spot in Townsville!

Amazing atmosphere. Good selection of food an drinks. Weekends can be busy so a table isn't always available at night but there are benches and other spaces for seating.

Would recommend for night out or a relaxed lunch with a great view.

The comfortable and spacious seating accommodation allows for scenic views across the water to Magnetic Island whilst you chat away to your heart's content.
An extensive FOOD and BEVERAGE menu caters for most with Vegan choices readily available.
Definitely, The Place to Be, night or day.

Beautiful location and atmosphere. Impressed with the changes after 10 years away from Townsville (Jupiter's? Haha) Friendly staff, great food and impressive selection of drinks.
