This place is a hidden gem! Had an outstanding coffee here, staff are friendly and lots of beautiful food. Definitely worth the drive from Byron to check out. Well done little general!! 👏👏

Love this place!! I was at this store today and this place was absolutely buzzing! As the only place open in the village (apart from newrybar merchants) the shop was being smashed with coffee orders. The girls working were friendly even though they had to close off coffee at 1 due to low staff numbers and masses of customers. The offering here is great and the pies are amazing!

There’s nothing General about this store! Kristine has curated such an incredible range of local products, amazing wines, famous Wardell pies, delicious coffee plus all the every day things you need like fuel, ice & choc brownies.
I’m always coming out with more than I went in for, finding great new products! So happy to call this my local.

OMG you need to go to this amazing little store in Newrybar - 14 Old Pacific Hwy - you can get anything here - fuel - coffee is a must - home made pies - organic veggies and well anything really - try the home made beef jerky made by a local lad - my family absolutely loved it - Krissy the owner is just one of those beautiful souls in life - honestly you will not be disappointed- a must stop x

Amazing general store in newrybar - must visit - best coffee in town - great stop in for the cheapest fuel in the area, best home made meat pies are a must, organic wines and craft beer, as well as pastries, cakes and delicious home made meals to take away. Excellent range of gluten free products, local made fresh bread. Everything you need and more. Staff are always friendly and up for a chat. Drop in and stock up on lots of locally made produce.

The team are so lovely everytime I go in, good banter and just all round nice place for stocking up on essentials.

Everything you could ask for and so much more - The Little General Newrybar is a hidden local treasure. Stocking the most delicious locally made and sourced products to eat AND drink, as well as being our one stop shop for grocery staples. And then there is the amazing coffee 🥰 and the convenience of fuel and ice! Nothing is too much trouble for the beautiful, friendly, happy team at The Little General. How privileged we are to have this gorgeous store as our local.

Not sure where to start! Perfectly selected arsenal of goodness, down to the hand picked wines, locally sourced pre prepared meals, (gyoza were incred!), excellent home cleaning brands (now obsessed with all things Koala) and the best coffee in the district. Oh and did I mention the mince pies!??! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I probably shouldn’t as I need them readily available every time I come in ;) All delivered with the friendliest most helpful service. This place is the goods!

Loving the revamped general store… they have all the basics but also have a great range of good wines, homemade baked goods and juices from local suppliers…

Top that off with great coffee, amazing staff and often some great Spotify playlists :)x

Great little store! Everyone is really friendly and engaging! I have been going there to get petrol as these pp are the only ones to pass on the savings. I have been there now about 6-7 times and dealt with 3 or 4 different shop assistants and they are all great! Please support small local business! Thanks
