Lovely calm space, took my less than two year old to toddler storytime and it was great, lots of singing and dancing and good books, very engaging - must book in more sessions 👍

Cute little library with a small but varied collection to borrow from nestled in the town centre of Montrose. I accidentally parked at the toy library because google maps wasn't very clear. The library is located in the same building as the maternal child health centre so if you make the same mistake as me you can just follow the signs for that.
