Dancing Goat Mudgee

The best chicken Katsu Bao buns I have had. The chicken was super crisy with an excellent taste. Has a bit of spice to it and makes it an aweaome lunch. Excellent service with a smile. Coffee was just perfect. A must visit and try if you are around or just passing by.

The best gluten-free schnitzel chicken I've ever had was inside the "burger," which was really a sandwich.

Thoroughly enjoyed that crunchy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside chicken. Was truly mouth watering.

Another great cafe in Mudgee! The food was amazing. The pork hash was delicious and something definitely different than what you find in other cafes. The dish is quite filling though. The burrito was also yummy and the fritters. Popular spot and they ran out of some items already when we got there so get in quick.

The food scene in Mudgee gets better every time I come here. A very friendly coffee spot, the menu looked good but I only had time for a coffee and it hit the spot perfectly. They cater for all sorts of alternative milk options as well so as a lactose intolerant individual I felt very welcome!

Tried The Dancing Goat for tapas dinner tonight and was beyond impressed!
We didn't have a booking but they happily accommodated us. Tried the Mojito and Peary Goat cocktails, both served quickly and delicious!
Food was much better than we hoped for, the Kingfish Ceviche was 😋😋😋
We will be back!!

Great service with a friendly atmosphere. Has both indoor and outdoor seating and fur babies are well as well. Highly recommended.

Have just been - a really fantastic, down to earth cafe. The menu has all the favourites plus more.

Pictured is a half serve for the big veggie breakfast (I can't believe this is HALF?!). All elements were yum, especially the crispy kale. My partner had the egg and bacon roll - he especially loved the red onion ring addition. Coffee was pretty good too.

The only thing I would say is to not head there if you're in a rush as this place can get quite busy. But I can definitely see why it gets such great reviews.

This place is as good as it is busy! I couldn't believe how many people were here, it was all well spaced out, but there were plenty of people. The big veg breakfast is big but manageable, everything about it is nice, I didn't think the capsicum salsa did much for the dish though. The bean toasty was delicious and filling, the flavours blended well together, I also liked the chips that came with it. Coffees were pretty good too. Well priced and good service, highly recommend the veg breakfast and the toasty

We got eggs benny and breakfast burrito which were both very nice - I really liked the sourdough they use as well as the hollandaise sauce on my benny. Their coffees were also second to none!

B&E roll was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Highly recommended and just the right size to fill you up. Will definitely come back... aaaannnd we're going to get one to go for the husband 😄

Awesome coffee; the best I had whilst in Mudgee. They use Campos beans and have a barista with a man bun, you can’t go wrong!😂

A real find. Great food and coffee. Background music is a little too loud, but otherwise, it is a great place for breakfast and lunch.

Had breakfast here twice on a trip to Mudgee because it was so tasty and great value for money. The bacon and egg roll is delicious and they serve great Campos coffee. Would definitely recommend checking the dancing goat out if you’re in town.
