I have found the staff here to be very helpful on several different occasion. It’s good to see that level of customer service.

They have most of what we need at good prices.

I purchased everything I went for plus some extras for christmas gifts. The staff were wonderful, helpful beyond what you would expect. The lady at the door greets you with a beautiful smile and even looked after my purchases when I needed to re-enter the store for a few extras. The staff at the check outs were all smiles and greeting with hello and have a great day when you leave. Perfect shopping morning, disabled parking if you need it and plenty normal parking. Toilets if you need them too.

Great big THANK YOU to the party section who delivered outstanding service on Saturday May 1st when I had booking for 10 clear light balloons to be blown up my husband & son were there thinking 10 balloons 9am out by 9:30 only to discover I had 10 times that I’m so sorry I truly didn’t l know what I had ordered 12mths prior & it was in Chinese 🤷🏻‍♀for our daughter’s wedding on this day at 3pm BUT they didn’t faulter & had them ready with smiles & great customer service & attitude by 12:30
The balloons were magical on the night everyone commented & we relayed how wonder you were
So Thank you so much I’ve worked retail & you don’t always get the good feed back so I hope your store manager gives you some praise for a job well done

Deadset most awesome friendly staff ever. Donna at lay buy, helped me BIGTIME. After I laybuyed a pushbike for one child, got home other child said wanted a new bike from Santa. One quick call later Donna had added a second bike to my lay buy. Cannot recommend this store enough

Very organised and tidy store. It felt more like a warehouse and it had an extensive variety available. Parking was easy to find and it is located close to the CBD area.
