Bangalow Vets

Bangalow Vets are the best vets and vet nurses you could ever hope for. They go way beyond the call the duty and I couldn't recommend them more. I wouldn't take my 3 dogs anywhere else. A week ago today I thought I was losing my old dog Nelson to crippling arthritis but after just one session of acupuncture with Dr Georgia he has made an amazing recovery. Today he had his second session and the difference is amazing.

I just had a consult with Dr Jamie Lines with my maltese x shitzu (The Professor) I am so so grateful to have finally found a vet that is educated in, and encourages raw feeding and supports homemade real nutritious food (balanced of course). He knew the lady I follow Dr Karen Becker (The Forever Dog book) and recommended a couple of others also. He takes a holistic approach as well as incorporating the scientific side of medicine. What a breath of fresh air to have found a professional that I can trust who is on the same page. I cannot recommend Jamie enough. Not only is he a lovely person but the staff/nurses at reception were a delight as well. Thank you all there at Bangalow vets

Having so many animals, I’m often visiting the Bangalow Vets for a variety of things. For me, it’s just like visiting my second family as they are always warm & welcoming & treat all my animals with the utmost professionalism & care. The genuine compassion they show to both my animals & myself gives me great confidence in knowing that they have our best interests at heart. Bangalow Vets always try to accomodate me & my pets even when they have a very busy schedule. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great veterinary care for their pets.

By far the best Veterinary experience I have ever had, the most confident and informed I have ever felt! From my initial phone conversations with Lisa who was awesome and all my contact with Emma! We booked our fur child in for a general check up, nail trim and teeth clean. Emma recommended a blood test prior to an anaesthetic for the teeth clean which I was happy to do. Emma even rang me days before to discuss any concerns I might have and talk about the risks involved, she was amazing! As it turned out, his teeth were better than we thought and Emma did not feel it necessary to put him under the stress of a anaesthetic. She put the wellbeing of our boy above all else! Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and patience, especially with this crazy dog Mum!!

All the staff at Bangalow Vet Clinic are very friendly and helpful. They cared for our sick Bunny Rabbit and nursed her back to good health. They have even assisted us with caring for a couple of unwell chooks. They are currently helping our 14 year old arthritic & diabetic cat to enjoy a better quality of life in her senior years.
There is even a cute coffee cart set up right out their front door.
We would highly recommend them to care for your animals.

Every experience with this vet has been amazing, the staff are wonderful, gentle and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Alex, who took my dog in over night for observation. Alex has a great relationship with our dog and shes super friendly and just wonderful in every way. 10/10 I cant thank them enough. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

Peta was a fantastic vet and made our puppy so welcome. Our dog was completely relaxed and made to feel welcome. I would highly recommend them. Safi (our dog) especially enjoyed the treats.

This vet clinic is my local clinic. the staff are unbelievably amazing especially Lisa, she has such a heart for animals as do the rest of the staff. I would defiantly recommend this place to all animal owners that want there pets taken care of and treated by all lovely ladies.

Our local vets. During business hours they are always available to attend to unforeseen events. Over the weekend they are available 24hrs. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Our circumstances to visit Bangalow Vets were devastating but the ladies attending to us and Charlie Brown were nothing but amazing, compassionate and nurturing. Thank you Emma. We are forever grateful for your compassion towards us on this horrendous time on our family x

Even though I’ve moved away a little bit this place has the best vets I’ve come across and I’ll continue to keep going back no word of a lie I actually leave knowing that they really care for me and my pet

For the last six years,with our 8 beautiful elderly cats,we have been seeing Dr Ailsa Rutherford as our emergency vet and our now permanent vet.I personally have been bought to tears by the sense of relief I now experience to have found a team of incredible, loving,kind,compassionate and most importantly, invested, nurses and vets to care for our furbaby family.They have helped us through trauma,illness and the passing of 5 of our precious souls and I can't imagine going through it all without their support ,knowledge and kindness.To exhale and hand over the care of the beings you love so much to a team you trust unconditionally is a truly rare and precious gift.
