Myhealth North Eltham

My visit today to the My health North Eltham Practice was as good as can be expected of going to see a Doctor . Check in was simple and straightforward with the usual Covid questions. Seating was comfortable with pleasant back ground music or wide screen Tv in main reception area. Doctor was on time and addressed all my issues raised. Well done to all. Thankyou

Very impressed with the service here, all reception staff are polite and helpful. Dr Harry R has been fantastic for our whole family. Definately recommended for family care.

Dr Huey Miin Tan is one of us. A doctor who is part of our family and gets the messiness of how things can sometimes be with life. She is reliable, friendly and always in our corner with excellent advice and not afraid of getting things done right irrespective of the seemingly endless burdensome process. So many GPs can be aloof and removed. Not Dr Tan. So glad she’s on our team!

Being going here since I was born.
Initially to see Rick. More recently changed to Clarence Wong as if you want to see Dr Hooper you need to know you'll be sick weeks in advance.

Dr Wong has presently surprised me. A thorough new graduate who spends ample time with each patient, explaining things and happy to talk you through everything. Very knowledgeable but also happy to admit when a specialist or someone else might be better to ask questions to. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new GP who will make you feel at ease

Lovely doctors and kind staff.
Easy to get an appointment when you really need one. Only negative is price for consultation has become too expensive

The doctor took his time to explain his diagnosis and set up a treatment plan. I felt well cared for and that I was treated well

The admin staff are polite & helpful. Always listen & send referals in a timely matter.

The Drs always assist & never too hard. Lots of GPs rush you but not here.

Have been coming here for over 10 years.
I live on the other side of town but coming here is well worth the drive.
The ladies at reception are kind and friendly.
Allen the pharmacist and his wife are very friendly always great for a chat.
Dr Tony Michaelson has been my main Dr for most of those years and I can't thank him enough for all the times he put up with my constant chatter. He has been a god send to many people struggling with addiction problems.
Dr Harry I've been seeing for over 6 months and he is friendly and a great Dr who also puts up with my constant chatter.
I can't thank all of these people enough for all their kindness throughout the years and wish everyone a very Merry Xmas and a great New Year.🎄🕊🎄

Long time patient and all the long serving Doctors and staff are simply wonderful. Dr Mah in particular is my all time favorite.

Have generally had very good service and support from Eltham North Medical over 15 years. It is hard to run a GP practice these days and this is probably as close as you are going to get for the balance of availability, well trained doctors and with good continuity of care. Well done to all the staff.

Been attending 40years.. Dr Michaelson & of more recent years Dr Divakaran.. Fabulous professional drs who are straight up & still put there patients before the $ turnover..
Not always running on time but what do you expect when there patient support comes first

Always helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic, polite and easy to deal with in what can be a stressful situation
