An excellent and caring service from the customer service. I waited for my son playing in the kids playground. After we left, I just noticed that I lost my sunnies. I rang them to ask whether they were able to find it with minimum expectation. How surprised I was when they returned my call to notify they’ve found it and they’ve kept it in the information desk. I collected it few days after with lots of gratitude. Thank you very much, Westfield Chatswood! ❤

A good variety of shops with your high end luxury retails to your discount stores you get everything.
There are fantastic restaurants here as well. Parking is ample and there are many areas to park depending on where you want to go.

All good. If you keep the coloured pencils sharpened, we as participants are happy. Sometimes the pencils are not ready to draw, means not sharpened then... I found... please check the coloured pencils conditions for kids regularly. Thanks.

My 5yo had a great time at Kid’s craft zone located on Level 3. Staff gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Did some coloring and craft activities. He even got a little treat after completing the tasks.

The Scentre is very well looked after and is continuously asking the community what they would like to see which is amazing

Plenty of shops to visit and i appreciate the variety of stores, but I want to mention the kids playground in particular. It is really nice my 2 year old loved it, and im a sucker for a good food court. Plenty of seating throughout as well

Very good shopping center, you can buy everything from this shopping center. They have a good kids playground just in front of Ding Tai fung. Parking is 2 hours free but if you have Westfield app, it will be 4 hours.

Chatswood has changed so much in the last three decades. The shops at Westfield changed a lot. The village feeling at Chatswood is no longer there, unfortunately. Perhaps it was a reflection of changing demographics. The development of Concourse brought in a different vibe. As well as the hawkers' lane inside Westfield. So many businesses came and went. However, Westfield remains the same. It still a nice place to shop.

The Wonder of Disney Princes at Westfield is an absolute delight!
The staff at the Wonder of Disney Princes at Westfield is incredibly patient with kids! I was amazed by their genuine care and understanding towards the young visitors. They went above and beyond to ensure that each child felt comfortable and included throughout the experience.
