Byron Bay Vista Lodge

We have been to Vista lodge at Ewingsdale several times over the last 9 years. The location is idyllic, and the chalet comfortable and well appointed. Easy parking, fully appointed kitchen. Acces to a motel size pool. Steve is a great host, and very approachable. What more could you want - Five Stars!

I recently had a fabulous stay at lovely Byron Bay Vista Lodge with a friend and our dogs. Our accommodation was perfect with our bedrooms and bathrooms on separate levels giving privacy. Great deck with beautiful views of surrounds including light house and tawny frogmouth owls as neighbours. The house had everything one needs including laundry and bbq. Great pool and large gardens for dogs to romp. Good position to explore ares from and close to Byron with the benefit of peace and quiet. Definitely will return.

We have been here for our annual holiday for the past three years. It is the most restful spot, away from the Byron Bay bustle but close enough to get there when you want to. Lie in the hammock, relax in the pool or just sit on the verandah looking out towards the lighthouse or at the resident koalas and very cheeky bacon pinching birds.
Steve and Helen are lovely hosts who welcome us back every year.
If you want an easy holiday I would recommend it most highly.

Why was my stay excellent? I had what can only describe as a beautiful, peaceful, pleasant time. Walking with my friends, and my dogs in the scenic garden, keeping a curious eye on the tawny frogmouth sitting in the branches across from the deck where i daily partook in coffee and toast. Great place which I highly recommend Oh, I forgot to mention the swimming pool.

Great place to relax. Close to town centre, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Weekend yoga retreat, welcoming home, open plan & ideal location. Loved the secret garden.

Beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere. Just like having your own holiday house in Ewingsdale.
