Great place very cool products, won't be cheap but the quality doesn't have a price :)

I have been following the owner of Bisque Traders on instagram for many years now, but was only able to make my first purchase (online) recently. I was not disappointed. Their staff really took care of my order, albeit small, with utmost consideration. Would love to visit the store in Byron one day, all the best!

Beautiful and distinctive housewares. Slightly off the main road but worth finding.

Beautiful furniture, homewares, decor, clothing. Not a place for the bargain hunter. High end products with high prices. I definitely found items I loved but over $200 for a small marble item, I couldnt justify the dollars, but I guess to some people it's a small price. Certainly worth a browse, you might find something you love enough to purchase.

I have spent over $500 on a pendant last month and have yet to receive anything notice of shipping. I didn’t realise it was a 2 month lead time - it does have info on the website.
When I finally got through on the phone Julia was so lovely but whoever was messaging me on Instagram was so rude. I just about asked for a refund. All that aside, I’m excited for it to arrive, Julia has told me much about it and given some good advice.

Kept me waiting for an order and just kept delaying when it would be available with very little communication on their part. After waiting 5 months I demanded a refund as I still had not received the item . Very disappointed as it seems like a lovely product.

AVOID!
I work in interior design and drove 1.5 hours from the Gold Coast to look at dining chairs they stated were in stock. Upon arrival I was told the chairs are in storage and I can book an appointment and drive a further 2 hours to look at the warehouse in Coffs Harbour.
Disorganised and complete disregard for the customer. Upon seeing other products in the store they can be found online for much cheaper. Just don’t waste your time.

In response to owners reply:
The response highlights the attitude of the business and only confirms the experience of other 1 star reviewers. The website claims what items are in stock and quantity levels if low. We would all agree you expect a store to have the item. Referring to Coffs Harbour or Brisbane is just ridiculous. Avoid.

I made a purchase online and followed up for a status update as had not heard anything in 2 weeks. The arrogance of one of the owners Ralph was unbelievable. All of my subsequent emails have been ignored and 5 weeks later I still have not received my order. All I wanted was an ETA but nothing. Have requested my Order be cancelled and still nothing. I will be raising a case with my credit card provider as you cannot take people’s money and then provide zero service

I had such a bad experience when trying to return some sea grass stools purchased from their online store. They are so scratchy my kids won’t sit on them. The response I received “it’s not bisque’s fault”. Disappointing response to an expensive purchase.
