Gary knows where the knots are in my shoulder and back and without a doubt he finds them every time and deals with those suckers. He relieves the pain every time I’ve had a treatment with him.

Been seeing Gaz for years, excellent deep tissue massage, and always good company.

I found Fit and well massage by driving by. Booked on line for 1 & 1/2 hours. Had my first appointment on Saturday 22.2.20 (Which I know will be the 1st of many)
WOW Gary is an absolute professional. From the moment I was greeted at the door I knew I had made the right decision. His massage room is very inviting as well as beautifully calming.
But then came the massage Gary is a very experienced therapist, his caring nature flowed through his hands to all my aches, he checked in with me whilst massaging to ensure everything was okay. I walked out of there with total relaxed feeling, my lower back which is a constant problem for me felt loose and the tension gone. Today Sunday I got out of bed and for the 1st time in I don’t know how long I didn’t do the old lady shuffle I got out of bed feeling relaxed 😊💜😇

Gary is great, really knowledgeable and friendly. Made me feel comfortable even though I'm not a massage person. He was accomdating and even through a blackout managed to make the session great. 100% recommend!

I always come away from a massage with Gary feeling relaxed. Gary listens to you with regards to your ailments and will focus on those areas but still provides a wholistic full body massage. I could not recommend a better massage therapist!
