Appalling service from the shop assistance at Marrickville Metro yesterday. Firstly she gave me the wrong information then she said she was doing me a favour by giving me my already paid voucher as an in store voucher. Then I asked a question about the birthday voucher and she spoke to me in a condescending manner, repeating information to me like I was a child. I was with my son and he said she made him feel uncomfortable. At one point she shook her head indicating that we were a nuisance to her. This behaviour was unnecessary as I have been a loyal customer but will definitely look elsewhere for my scents and candles. I'd like to leave a candle place feeling harmonious not angry and upset. Its not worth it especially when you pay for their inflated prices.

Placed order and paid in full on 22nd June and on the 26th June received email advising some items were cancelled.On 1st July sent email asking when we could expect a refund for goods not supplied, no response. Since then have rind 3 days in a row only to have a recorded message stating to leave my name, telephone number and someone will return my call, again no response whatsoever from Dusk. Been members for years but now thinking about unsubscribing after this poor service

re-signed up & paid instore for rewards but did not activate to my online account. Rang store, they couldn't help me. Rang head office during business hours, no answer. Received a "free shipping" voucher via email, I go to apply it to my cart, invalid. Honestly.

For a week now, sent emails called their customer service line everyday no answer on hold everyday for 30min and even hung up on without speaking to anyone. No reply to fb or ig msgs. I have a simple question about an error that’s occurring online and I can’t get into a store due to being unwell. Zero customer service.

Very quick to flog off refill lighters cheap with purchases. After they refilled it, it did not ignite. Refused to replace. No customer service assistance at all.

I purchased 3 bottles of Essential Oils and each bottle is at a different level. The lowest being just about all gone!

If I could leave less than one star I would.

Customer service is non-existent.

No customer service or assistance given/offered. I will not stop at Dusk stores ever again

Disappointed dusk doesn't accept cash.I thought cash is legal tender.
