Beautiful secluded spot to watch the boats, listen to the waves, hear the local fauna, do some drawings or just chilli for a bit

Fantastic little garden. Beautiful views on Sydney Harbour.

Small harbour-side reserve at the end of Mrs Darling's Point Road. Sadly, the reserve is in line for significant works to install an intrusive lift, large pathways, and exclusion areas as part of a new ferry complex. Seems incongruous to match in magnitude the wharf at Rose Bay for the little used and infrequent service; the peaceful and contemplative character of Darling Point Reserve will be forever shattered. The McKell Park and Darling Point Reserve Plan of Management states: "The vision for McKell Park and Darling Point Reserve is: McKell Park and Darling Point Reserve will continue to be showpiece local/district parks in Woollahra that cater for a range of social, community and recreational activities in an intimate and historically landscaped setting." The unnecessarily huge ferry wharf complex, proposed as an afterthought, does not match that vision.
