I've been going to Joyce Mayne in Berrimah and I always receive friendly, professional service. The prices are comparable and the place has a great vibe. I had an issue today with a product, they were accommodating and made everything easy.

I just wanted to leave a review as I was recently having some trouble with my robot vacuum, and the manufacturers were taking a whole lot of time fixing it and getting it sent back to Darwin. And so, the Joyce Mayne manager and the team went above and beyond to escalate the issue and get me a store credit. I am really happy with their service and definitely really excited for my new robot vacuum!!

I can’t fault these guys. They are so friendly, approachable and helpful. They are knowledgeable and forthcoming with advice and have always gone above and beyond to assist me with what ever product I am after. It’s always a pleasure to visit

Amazing service. We wanted to buy a washing machine and frigid with an extended delivery date. We ended up with a compromise that was a win-win and also bought a dryer. Adam was our sales person and he was excellent - would give him 10 stars.

Friendly staff. Kumar and his team was wonderful in assisting me in selecting of appropriate CCTV camera system for my home, setting up the app on my phone as well as installation.

I recently moved in Darwin from Geelong, I came in at Joyce Mayne as per friend’s recommendation. Initially going to purchase a laptop, a phone and a modem to help me get started with my new house.

First I was pleasantly greeted by the friendly staff members and I went straight to computers section where I think they have planned really well and layout in price point. I was approached by a lovely young lady (Nicole) and asked me if I needed some assistance, I declined her offer as I know what I want, but then she mentioned about a sale that is going on at that time. That for me grabbed my attention.

Nicole helped me throughout the sale and thoroughly explained to me the pros and cons of the laptop model that I really wanted to buy, her great attitude and patience with me (as I keep asking questions) makes me feel valued as a customer. Nicole listens to what I said and she answered my questions in an honest way and no lies.

She was very transparent in sales, friendly and not pushy (unlike my other experience with HN). She then introduced me the benefits of having a product care, but sadly I did not purchased it as my work involves going to certain places where I definitely know my laptop won’t get covered with it.

I had a pleasant experience at Joyce Mayne in Darwin and all of their staff, and Nicole for helping me. I will definitely come back and shop more. You gained another loyal customer. Good job Joyce Mayne!

The Joyce Mayne Darwin store has amazing customer service. I had a lovely lady called Maddie who knew so much about vacuum and carpet cleaners. She was very patient with me and obliging. This was very different to Harvey Norman and Good Guys who were always looking like they couldn't wait to get rid of me and headed straight to the customer's who were looking at the more expensive items, and this is not the first time I've experienced it. Very disappointing HN and GG

We experienced great service and assistance from Malcolm. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make a great decision. I visited a second time to finalise our purchase and Sam was equally as helpful. Will definitely be back and certainly recommend them.

Exceptional customer service,staff are friendly and you are acknowledged as soon as you step into Joyce Mayne. They have great prices as well. The manager Daniel is honest and does not push a sale and met my needs. I highly recommend Joyce Mayne.

Excellent service. I was extremely impressed with the proprietor. He dealt with me himself and was more than helpful. He fixed my issue promptly and said if anything else went wrong, for me to come back and I would get a replacement straight away.

The service from team member Mardie and Manager Gary outweighed the POOR service and follow up from the “computer dept”,(seperate to main store management)

Went to buy a laptop recently. Firstly This place has great professional staff, few staff members couple of times offered us help to find the right laptop. Tommy and another Indian person ( sorry can’t remember the name) were greatly helpful. Secondly I got the best price for the laptop in Darwin. Highly recommended

A few days ago I popped in to Joyce Maybe in Darwin. The instant I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I said I wanted to just browse as I hadn’t been in the store before. I was told to ask any one of the staff if I needed any help. While I was browsing I was approached by Darren. I explained that I wanted a Chromecast and a clock radio. Darren could not have been more helpful and happy to help if he had tried. He was absolutely brilliant and I left with everything I went in to buy. And more! Darren is a superb and extremely amiable sales person, especially when it comes to TVs. He is thorough and is happy to answer any questions. BTW - so is Nick. Thank you both for a very happy shopping experience, I enjoyed it immensely.

Excellent customer service. They went out of their way to help me choose a laptop that suited my needs perfectly 👌 The register staff were also extremely friendly. Very happy with my experience.

Custom service is always at its best from when you first walk in and when leaving. The staff are very prompt checking if you are okay and if they can help. They even went out the way to help my 5 year old play the game that was set up and had a conversation with him. They are good with their prices and will give you a better deal if you just ask. Good range of products as well. Enjoy going to Joyce Mayne.

Fantastic customer service, from the reception to all the sections I visited. I purchased a TV, the gentleman Micheal was well informed about the product and carried the product to my vehicle. In all a great experience.
