UniBank

This bank is an unethical and dodgy bank. The bank employees and manager at this branch are most unhelpful. Over a month ago, I was reassured by the manager that my request for compensation for all the enormous amount of stress and loss that Unibank has put me through would be fairly compensated. After several follow up emails regarding this issue, I've continued to be dismissed and ignored and none of my emails have been responded to. Bank manager who said she would escalate and provide a response didn't hold good on her word.
I want to warn others to not this bank because as soon as they have your money, they will lock it up and make it extremely difficult for you if you want to leave due to their poor service and rates. Do not make the mistake of joining this bank. Staff are also quite unhelpful if there are any issues and don't take an iota of accountability. Sharing my experience widely so that others may be wary. Still recieved no communication or compensation.
