Got there around 14:30 on a weekday & no one was waiting. The nurse was friendly & managed to get all my tests done pretty painlessly. Worth noting a few people were waiting when I finished. Would go there again

Very happy - quick service with hardly any waiting time. I don't usually like getting blood drawn and get very nervous, but the nurse Nathan was friendly and made me feel at ease, and was very gentle. Would definitely recommend.

i was terrified but the specimen collecting person was really accommodating, understanding and patient so i will only be going here ever. it's nice and warm inside too.

I was concerned after seeing the low star rating, however, I had a really positive experience today when I attended for a blood test. I waited for less than five minutes. The lady who did my blood test was kind and understanding of my worries.

Going to get bloods is always nerve racking. There was only one person working, she was really lovely, treated me really well and made me feel very comfortable

The female lady works there today is so lovely and friendly !!! Her colleague pick the patients which is kinda rude. She was smiling the whole time and very helpful. Forget to ask her name but definitely recommend.

I don't know why it has such a low rating, I went there at around 8.30 and was out at 8.40. Very quick, and efficient staff specially lady named Durga. Thank you for your service.

No idea why the reviews are so low, I've always had a positive experience here and including today when I rushed in 15 mins before closing (doctor's orders!)

I came here for blood test and had a great experience. Marcel is very professional there and helped me with painless and efficient service for the test. Highly recommended.

Went for a blood test, arrived just after opening hours and was 3rd in line. In and out in 20 minutes, results came back in the afternoon. Everyone very friendly :)

I'm not sure why this Pathology's online rating is so low.
It was 15:35 when I hurried over to conduct my blood test. I was greeted by a pleasant female employee, who led me to the treatment area. I finished the process in in 10 minutes. She smiled and participated in the talk with professionalism.

I am noticing a lot of 1-star reviews here, which had me slightly concerned before I came in this morning. However, please don’t take it out on the staff - the clinic had only 1 man greeting clients, answering the phone, and doing the blood work. I found the whole process to be about as good as any other clinic, and I commend the poor bloke working tirelessly to make that happen. Perhaps service could be improved if management allocate more resources to staffing.
