Shane and Hannah are amazing coaches. The classes are always fun and everyone is very welcoming. I joined with no experience or knowledge and they really take their time to teach you proper technique while having fun.

Have been going for a bout a year now and came in to the gym with a few injuries but was able to heal them quickly with the support of Shane, feeling a lot stronger and confident with my fitness!! Great crowd too! Highly recommend.

A boxing gym can seem really daunting and scary but trust me when I say it is the complete opposite when you walk into this gym.
Shane is very welcoming to regulars and new comers all the same and that feeling will continue to happen throughout your session and time at the gym.
Shane is a great coach with lots of experience and he manages to keeps things to a level that you are able to learn from and strive to better yourself at the same time.
You will not regret joining I certainly didn’t.
There are a wide range of classes that suit everyone. Kids classes, fitness focused classes and technical boxing all at a time to suit everyone.

The gym feels like a second home and everyone is so friendly. 100% recommend you give it a go if you thinking about it.

I took "boxing fundamentals" class and it was amazing! I'm a total beginner and Newman was patient and clear, I learned a lot from this hour with him. I'll definitely go back there when I'll be around Byron Bay. If you're looking for sweating and let off steam that's the place to be!

Hands down (or up) the best boxing gym in the area. The gym has everything you need. Shane isn't only a great boxer, but he's awesome at coaching too. His welcoming approach and good vibes make Newman a great place to train. Highly recommended whether you are a visitor passing through or a local to the area. A+++

The BEST boxing gym I have ever been! On top of getting a great workout, we also get technical training tailored to everyone's specific level. Shane is amazing. It's a lovely community!
