Cucina Dolce Wood Fired Pizza

Had heard really good things about Cucina Dolce, and it did not disappoint. We had a meat lovers pizza - my son raved about it. The base thin, and toppings generous - perfectly cooked and not greasy. Definitely worth trying. The Caesar salad with chicken was one of the best I have had. Crisp tangy with the egg cooked to absolute perfection! The chicken, bacon, and croutons were also generous portions. Chicken Valentino served with vegetables and a a spectacular mushroom sauce - again generous serving. The venue was so clean as well. To top it all off, really friendly warm staff. Felt welcomed and cannot recommend this venue more.

Had never been here before & wanted to go to a new place for date night.

Stumbled across this place in my research as it had raving reviews over the years they’ve been open. Even though this was my first time here, from the moment I walked in I was greeted like family.

We had the privilege of one of the owner’s sons being our server for the evening. The whole night he was very attentive, kind, informative & outgoing. His excellent service really enhanced the experience for us both.

Not only was the service great, the food was absolutely delicious. As usual, I even made a bit of an irregular order, adding expensive toppings to a gourmet pizza because I wanted to really indulge in the occasion. Even though I was the one who had requested the additional extras, the son came back (before sending off the order to the kitchen) just to double check that it was exactly what I wanted as the toppings would be relatively expensive additions to my pizza. Of course, that was no problem whatsoever. I don’t know if he is just that way inclined (which speaks to how well he was raised) or if this is how he has adjusted his service to be due to the outrageous customers I’m sure they’ve seen over the years, I was not only pleasantly surprised that he double checked with me but very impressed. It shows a different level of care & service that is rare to find anywhere, let alone, in Chelsea.

I highly recommend to anyone, whether you’re from my neck of the woods in Ringwood, or, a local by the bay in Chelsea, give these guys a try. You won’t regret it. The service, quality of the food & the warmth of this place is unmatched.

Even if you rock up and you’re not immediately starving, the smell in this place is infectious. You’ll be salivating within minutes.

I highly recommend the “Pesto & Parmigiana” entree share pizza. Very tasty & great quality. Also, for a main, you can’t go wrong with the Gambero. You do not have to splurge the additional toppings like I did for it to be anywhere near as enjoyable as it would be without.

I’ll definitely be coming back. Love this place.

By far the BEST pizza place for miles in Chelsea! Tried here for the first time last night upon community recommendation and we were more than satisfied!
Woodfire on point, real meats, perfect size, even taste just as good the day after for lunch! No sogginess either so this is huge for me!
Not to mention the service, I truly appreciate relationship building being a business owner myself.

Ordered via ubereats and it took over an hour for it to be delivered (will not fault the restaurant on this) so please keep in mind if anyone decides to get food delivered via a third party app. The pizza arrived hot and tasted great. The tiger prawns on the gambero pizza were so high quality but shame there wasn’t more of it on there/didn’t have an option to add more. The pizza base is thin and has a good crisp to it too. Definitely was well worth the wait :)

The garlic pizza (no cheese) was so good we’ve never had anything like that anywhere before. Crispy yet fluffy and so tasty, I’m salivating just thinking about it now.

I love this place - the family who run it are so lovely, warm and passionate about what they do. From the coffee first thing to a beautiful dinner - they have it covered. Had my birthday dinner here and felt so spoilt. The food was just delicious - the pizzas are the best I’ve had, the calamari is spot on and the pasta dishes divine. Thank you so much ❤

Food was good. We had the Margherita pizza and then ordered the dessert pizza, and omg that Gelati or ice cream was incredible. The squealing pig rose has always been a personal favourite, I was excited to have that.

Absolute BEST parma in the South Eastern Suburbs! Do not skip past this place if you're in the mood for great Pizza, Pasta, a Parma and many more fantastic flavoursome options!

Inas is the reason why I come to this restaurant she makes the best coffees and gives the best service to my family. She is awesome and really brightens up my day. Very professional, courteous and always has a smile on her face.

Wood fire pizza at it's best. The base was perfectly cooked, the sauce is authentic. Prices are reasonable and the customer service was of high calibre, we got looked after very well with complimentary food and ice cream.

The linguine is really the award winning food💥 we enjoyed having our brunch here with pasta and next time we will try the pizza! Staffs are friendly. Everything is just magnificent. I definitely recommend this place!

Best past and pizza in Melbourne. Last week I indulged in the award winning prawn linguine and was blown away. This dish was full of flavour and cooked perfectly. I usually enjoy the pizzas here and they are wonderful. This restaurant is run by a lovely family and the service is second to none. Highly recommended!

One of our favourite places to get a special treat dinner, always amazing food and friendly service. Jason's service was outstanding (he made me write that lol) everyone else there is equally awesome!
