Shelves are always full not like mordialloc staff friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and tidy.well done to all the staff,they must have a good team.

So glad this supermarket is here, great location and had everything I wanted and needed.

Great supermarket which looks small from the outside but is really large. It well laid out, and items are easy to find. Staff are friendly and helpful and checkout time is quick. The spacious design inside makes it comfortable to shop and covid safe!

I love Chelsea woolworths.. very nice staff and TBH that's all that matters
The car park is a nightmare now they have changed the direction ⬇ in how you drive in .
There was no warning signs put in place to make customer's aware of the change

I feel it's putting more risk due to people ignoring the markings on the road
I'm not sure why they changed it as the old way was just fine
Please don't fix what wasn't broken in the first place

Busy on Public Holiday but ok. Was awesome today. Easy to navigate and the bakery bread cut to toast is awesome and keeps fresh for days.

Store is clean and we'll stocked.Most of the staff are very pleasant and helpful some need to lift their Customer Service skills,Iam not an interuption to their day,I Help pay their wages.

New look shop is amazing. The new plant based section has so much variety and the bigger range of health foods at the back of the shop is great. Well done Woolies!

They opened up another lane as they do when they see massive amounts of people waiting around on a slow Sunday. I always have had great bargain specials from Safeway Woolworths :) When things are close to use by I know I have to use them before they go off, occasional bad milk and cracked egg just goes in the bin as its not really Wollies fault all the time, and I just buy another batch!

Staff are AWESOME and they have a Butcher Shop which has the best meat

A lot easier to navigate around now that all the internal works are done (shelves/fridges), but doesn't follow the standard woolies layout.

Great place to shop & good quality produce etc... great service by friendly staff....easy parking most times..

Great selection of groceries and fresh produce. Good customer service. It even has its own café Smallish carparks are a nightmare in summer when it fills with beach goers.
