I came to Elissa wanting to help rejuvenate my skin and take care of my eye brows, best believe she is exceeded my expectation! Great service and she really knows what she’s doing and talking about. Will always recommend to anyone needing skin care or waxing!

I booked Elissa in to do my makeup for my bridal shower, however when I attended her salon on the day of my event she wasn’t there and was not responding to any of my messages or answering my calls, despite sending a confirmation message to lock in the appointment 2 days prior and having a deposit in place. Elissa responded to my messages 4 days later apologising on behalf of her assistant for not cancelling her appointments over the weekend as she was ill and returned my deposit. I hope Elissa is okay and she can get a more organised assistant on board to manage her bookings in the event something goes wrong again. Unfortunately I won’t be booking with Elissa again as her services were proven to be unreliable.
