The staff are wonderful & so very helpful. I went in trying to figure out what I was doing wrong but they figured out that it was a water problem & nothing I was doing wrong which was very reassuring. Yes there's lots of things they could have sold to me as a "bandaid fix" & to make a buck but they refused to sell me quick fixes. I am so very grateful & I will certainly be back. Thank you Mary who assisted me as well as her mum Jenny. Definitely my go to shop for aquarium needs & advice.

The Best aquarium shop in Brisbane!! Can highly recommend this shop, the ladies are so friendly and have exceptional knowledge of fish and products for fish. They are so welcoming and very cheap!

Very knowledgeable staff. They were very happy to share their experience with me and guide me in the right direction, rather than trying to make a quick sale. Once my setup is ready, I will definitely be back to support them. Also, they have a fantastic selection of fish for sale

I love this shop! They really only have staple products, but their fish are happy and healthy. It's small family business so get your staples from here. Small family business doesn't mean expensive... they have someof the best prices going.
The family are knowledgeable and very friendly.. they even gave me some stuff to get me out of a tight spot.

Only just discovered the shop, the staff are fantastic and will quite happy to talk to ya about all ya fish and fish that you've had.they give me advice on anything I asked nothing was too much for them. I went in because I had an issue with the new tank setup that I did not cycle before I put fish in,,,I know long story but won't bore everyone with the the details why. The chap I was speaking to gave me some filter medium to help kickstart my cycle, which no other shop close to the area would, I went in a week later to get my water checked the lady gave me some tests to keep an eye on my water and told me exactly what to do. Honestly highly recommend. I also took my little girl in there and she absolutely trashed the shop by pulling stuff off the shelves and putting it in the basket but the lady behind the counter just laughed.

I ordered online and went to pick up. The shop is small, but the stock is amazing. I think the part that impressed me the most is the stock of plants, it's very rare to find so many at fish shops.
The person that was working was great, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help,
I totally recommend buying from this place.
Now a small criticism which also work as a heads up to other people picking up in store. They call you to arrange the pick up so they can prepare things in advance which is great, but the number is private, which some people like me, might not normally answer, so I recommend to keep your eyes out for a call.

I have never been so happy with the support and assistance I get when I visit. I have had many issues (caused by nobody buy myself) with my tank when there amazing people are always there to help with their wealth of knowledge. They are passionate about fish and aquariums and love to pass on that love to my little ones when they come with me. I have never had an issue with them and will always see them over any other pet/ fish shop. their prices are also amazing. I just love love love these guys. I strongly encourage getting behind them and supporting this small business the deserve it.

What a great place. I have never felt more welcome. The young lady Mary who served me was just lovely. She gave me great customer service, a friendly smile and good advise. The fish are well looked after and they have a good variety of live fish. Would recommend to anyone. What an awesome family business. Well done. I will definately be back. Thank you.

Wow honest beautiful family. Love the fish top quality, so happy we found your shop. Mary is a legend spent time explaining all the fish to my 9 year old son and made sure she caught the right fish. Nearly gave up fish keeping you have revived my enthusiasm. 10/10.
