Michael Hill West Lakes Jewellery Store

I visited Michael Hill in west lakes with my partner and we were impressed by the service and professionalism of Kayla, one of the sales associate. She showed us a variety of options and explained the differences between the materials and styles. She was very patient and attentive, and never pressured us to buy anything. She also informed us about the pricing and finance options available, without being pushy or aggressive. She respected our decision to not purchase anything that day, and focused on helping us find what we liked. She made us feel valued and comfortable, and we appreciated her honesty and expertise. My partner and I are very happy with our visit and we are looking forward to coming back to Michael Hill and buying from Kayla when we are ready to pop the question. I had the most fabulous sales assistant Kate help me go through so many gorgeous new rings and ideas that I was looking for to purchase a gift for myself. She showed me some great ideas and styles. It was founded in New Zealand!😀home💙😀and is a uniquely different jewelry brand. Their pieces are,well,indescribably different and beautiful,with prices to suit any budget. The staff at the stores that I have frequented are amazing,helpful and friendly. Thankyou!

Iv always gone to Michael hill in killenny and hav brought my 3 daughters their jewelery the staff hav always been soooo helpful and giv discounts wen they can and hav asked me to bring my girls in to see them wearing it at the time
Now my twin daughters turn 18 on saturday so im going to try the west lakes store this time and see if i can find their 18th pendants and necklaces

Always listening to what my wife is looking for in a product. Not pushing for sales - when offering a product always suggests how they may satisfy a need, but leaves the choices up to my wife. Never feel under pressure to make a purchase. I like the approach because it leaves room for us to go away and mull it over. When we make up our minds we feel that we have made the choice to of our own free will. Good experience
