I have attended the Service for a couple of times. All satisfied so far. Great free parking area for a start. The reception staffs are all nice and polite. Dr. Han is great especially for patients like my parents, diverse background. I am grateful that we have a doctor in Canberra who can speak in my home language and does give professional advices.

They bulk billed me, than gave me a prescription for a non-pbs medicine when I can't even buy food, then a referral to a diabetes educator that wants $200 a session. Wonderful. Yes, you should go there too so I have something to laugh at

Took our 11 month old to visit on Saturday morning after a rough night and our regular GP isn’t open.

Receptionist put every effort to finding us an appointment despite us not having one and requiring one on weekends (Monday-Fridays walk ins only).

Dr. Henry Ugwu was very friendly, eased our minds as first time parents and gave us a path forward with our sick baby.

Overall it’s a very good experience.

The receptionist on duty was lovely, (I believe her name was Rebecca) she made the whole process easy and was more welcoming then most medical receptionists I've dealt with. Doctor I saw was also good though I feel like he could maybe have examined more then just the vitals to get a sense of what was going on. As my issue isn't an easy fix only time will tell if diagnosis was accurate, but my dealings with the staff here were positive,

Very satisfied with our experience, we visited another doctor prior to coming here who did not take our opinions and feelings into consideration and offered no solution other than wait and see. At Ginninderra Medical we had a much better experience. Dominic was especially helpful and took everything we had to say into consideration and took extra care to make sure we were comfortable, cannot thank him enough. Doctor Ugwu prescribed the right medication and treatment immediately.

Very good for the consulting services.
However, the staff on laboratory was not friendly enough.
The test room staff was very kind and friendly enough on the Sunday at 26th May 2024.

I highly recommend ginninderra practice, especially Dr. Mahantesh. The staff are friendly and efficient, ensuring minimal wait times. Dr. Mahantesh is exceptionally kind and attentive, always taking the time to listen and explain. His genuine care and professional expertise make every visit reassuring. A wonderful experience for somebody not from ACT. I found myself running out of a migraine script whilst in Canberra. A very unpleasant position to find ones self.
The Reception staff had me in within hours of the phone call.
The wait time was pretty close to alloted appointment time & Dr Dr Dude, ran through all the necessary checks & ticks nice & quickly!

great centre with a number of services available such as pathology, chemist and more. Dr Ho is really thorough and explains the health issue I'm experiencing concisely which helps a lot to know what's going on with my health at each visit.

My son got injured at school and I immediately brought him in this clinic and I am so impressed with caring reception staffs, they took me to treatment room without wasting any time and dr saif Ali did his treatment. Throughout his treatment, I received outstanding care of a very high standard.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the doctor was just what we were looking for. Our son has significant medical problems, so it was nice to finally find a doctor who would listen and actively participate in our sons care.
Being welcomed by the friendly team at the front desk made the whole experience really good. Thank you to everyone!

The reception staff have been friendly yet professional, while the two doctors have given me excellent support & advice.

First time visit for me and was greeted politely by friendly reception staff, Dr Ho was very informative and told me everything I needed to know. Was told by another patient that they had new management, they must be doing something right as I was extremely happy with my visit. Need 6 stars

I recently required urgent access to an anti-viral authority prescription. The receptionist, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, was most helpful. She organised a phone consultation for later that day. I was called back by Dr Henry in less than 5 minutes. We had a most professional discussion and a very satisfactory outcome. Remarkably good service.

Dr Ali is a fantastic doctor. He takes your concerns seriously, explains things clearly and is very genuine in wanting to help his patients.

Rebecca on reception is such a gem, she's so patient and kind! She really helped us out when the Hot Doc app made an error. Dr Ibrahim in the Skin2 clinic was also very thorough and accomodating, great team.

Friendly and pleasant. The only GP I've seen in this country that actually informs their patients about side effects of medication and mixing medications. Very professional and helpful. Would strongly advise.

Very professional front staff, the place is clean, the area is big and lots of seats, the car park is awesome. The doctors are quick and great. Highly recommended to everyone

As an interstate patient, the service from reception staff, treating practitioner and support staff was first class, efficient and professional. During an obviously busy day, the wait time to treatment was measured in minutes. The Ginninderra community is well served and supported by this medical centre.
