Thompsons Pharmacy Eltham

I forgot to order the medication for my dogs and was down to one tablet each. Ordered yesterday afternoon by phone and had it today in Ballarat. Thanks so much the dogs won’t miss a day.

Staff here are very helpful. Twice now I have ordered medication for my dog by email and phone. It has been no problem. Yesterday I put in an order, and today it arrived Express post to regional Victoria. I am so impressed. Staff were thorough and great communicators.

The staff at Thompson's Pharmacy were really helpful with assisting me and my son's teething pain. They showed genuine concern and recommended a gel that immediately gave him relief. The staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

I went to Thompson's pharmacy last week after coming back from South East Asia with a coral cut. The advice they gave me in regards to which wound dressing to use was excellent - my wound has now completely healed without needing antibiotics. The shop attendants were very warm, friendly and helpful to my needs. I would highly recommend them if you want to be treated as an individual and more importantly if you want to get the correct advice for injury or illness management..

I went into Thompsons pharmacy 2 weeks ago in a rush as I needed a last minute Webster package to give my mother to take to respite. I have to say the staff at Thompsons were so helpful and efficient given I was in a rush and it was at short notice. They were very professional, friendly and very attentive to me. I will make sure I use them again when I next need to visit a pharmacy.

Always lovely here. The pharmacists are so welcoming & friendly. They fit me in at the last minute for a booster when priceline ran out of stock.

We use Thompsons Pharmacy Eltham's compounding service from interstate, by recommendation, and I cannot fault their service. Everything can be organised by phone or email and orders are generally received the following day.

Good service and a pharmacist the goes out of there way to provide extra help (including ring doctors). Would recommend.
