SHEIKE Carousel

Had a wonderful experience today when I wandered into Sheike at Carousel. Got chatting to Rachel and told her I was a bit stressed about not yet having a dress for my sisters wedding in Fiji in a few days time, and that I feared I was out of time. Well, Rachel flew into action right away, and not only did I walk out with the most stunning gown for the wedding, but also a dress for the hens night, plus several other pieces that I fell in love with. I couldn’t believe my luck finding so many things that were flattering, unique, and beautifully made. I actually got emotional and had a big hug with Rachel because I felt so relieved and taken care of by the end of my visit. Rachel is just the best. Definitely one of my favourite stores in Perth. xx

I am giving Shieke Carousel Cannington 5 stars. Staffs very Friendly and was very Helpful. I've been a loyal Customer of Shieke since the First time I wore the dress last year. Then recently I have another Perfect Dress from Shieke for my Birthday. Price is $$$ but the Quality of the dress is very good and it never let me down. I've got many compliments. Thank you and I will always wear your Dresses for my Special Occasions for sure.

Linda and all the girls that work Thursday nights and Saturdays are incredible! The customer service is well beyond anything I have ever experienced. They are engaging, supportive and extremely helpful. I especially want to recognise Linda who has served me several times and is always inviting, engaging, helpful and supportive. My experiences have always been exceptionally positive and would recommend this store to anyone and everyone!!

Just had the BEST service from a beautiful lady named Rosie. So incredibly helpful with a radiant energy and just a gorgeous human all round. Rosie styled me in a cute little jumpsuit and took the time to call another two stores to see if they had my size in another style. All while I was buzzing about like a maniac due to little time. Just want to share the wonderful experience myself and my daughter always get from Sheike. But shout out to Linda, who went out of her way to sort my daughters dress out last minute, as we were flying out to Europe for a family wedding and the strap was twisted on her dress. She took time to fix it in her own time and delivered it to a convenient place close to our home. Linda went over and beyond to make this right for us…. Thanks Linda!! For the last two special occasions I had to dress up for, I came to Sheike Carousel. Both times, I had such great service. I do not like to shop so the assistance was much appreciated. I have a 6 month bump so I thought it might be difficult to find something but I found multiple bump friendly pieces I really liked that I will still be able to wear post-partum.

MASSIVE thanks to Mel and Tash! They found me the PERFECT dress, and dealt with my grumpiness with humour and compassion. Could not be happier with my experience there this morning. These two are LEGENDS 👌✨

I would like to compliment the staff today at Sheike, appreciate the time and effort put into finding the perfect outfit after looking everywhere with no luck. Even though the store was super busy being a Saturday both ladies were welcoming and managed to continually check on all customers in the change rooms to ensure the right sizes and styles were offered. I felt they were interested in what I needed by asking the right questions and making what is normally stressful for me, a fun experience. Thank you Linda and Jackie, after visiting multiple stores today the service you both provided far exceeded the rest. I will be back, and highly recommend others seeing these ladies if you need help in the fashion department, they are amazing.

I went to Sheike Carousel to purchase a dress for a wedding (as a guest) and as soon as I walked into the door I was met by the beautiful Kayla! I generally don't like being bothered by staff when I am shopping but Kayla was definitely one of the outliers. It felt like I was at home with my own sister. She is bubbly, she made me laugh and most of all she was a fantastic and kind person. I honestly would give 10/5 stars! Kayla changed my experience and I left with a dress that I NEVER would have bought. Thank you so much Sheike, I am so excited for the wedding now and I felt truly beautiful in the dress (Anastasia Maxi Dress in the burnt orange). Kayla you are AMAZING!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Really helpful, non pushy staff that just made the experience enjoyable. They were there when I needed them, but also let me browse without helicoptering over me which I wanted, they made good suggestions and put stuff in the change rooms while I shopped.

My number 1 favorite clothing store of all time. I drive over whenever theres new arrivals, the clothing is thick and luxurious feeling - I get compliments on everything I buy here! The ladies are lovely - thank you to Britney today who was so kind and helpful. See you all again soon x
