Staff are very friendly. Good range of options on the menu. Prices are reasonable, with some great specials. Dining room is small but has a wonderful electic decor. Definitely worth a visit.

Great food and friendly service. Have been a few times now. The schnitzels are huge and tasty! Pizzas are very good as well. Really want to try the ribs next. Definitely worth stopping in to this family owned pub for a meal and a beer.

We had a great dinner here. Asian menu. Plus a complete pub fair menu as well. We loved the dining room.

Bruschetta was excellent.
Followed by chicken Schnitzel with pepper sauce ( chips were excellent) and salad was fresh with excellent dressing.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! The food, atmosphere and service is just what you want when you dine out. I had the chicken parmigiana and my partner had the roast pork with bok choy and fried rice and we were both stunned at how big the portion sizes were and ended up with plenty left on the plate.

I have to admit that this place did have a rather nice outdoor area, and the building was quite nice as well, being one of those older pubs, where they would build the buildings not only to last, but also have some charm about them as well.

Great helpful and friendly staff. Called in late on a Sunday night for dinner. No problems at all. Great recommendation for entree and main. Fantastic chef. On my list of Hills pubs for the best experience without the manbuns😉😁👌.

Meals were great a bit pricey but good food, I ate too much but that's life. We sill definitely be back. The cheezy garlic bread is amazing.

Had the asian curry. Mmmmmm! The best meal i have had in any pub, ever, in all my life. Fantastic service and feed. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you!

It is a gem in the Adelaide Hills. Non-pretentious, cozy, friendly and just simple good food. The menu is a combination of regular pub food and Chinese / Thai food. Both are good. The barramundi with wasabi cream sauce was excellent. I also like that they have local wines from just around the corner. Will definitely go there again.

Another great country pub with a good variety in their menu plus vegan if you're inclined that way. Good prices with very generous servings. All the staff were really good considering they had to contend with a very large booking for a friend's 50th. Can highly recommend.

Very impressed! We had heard this pub was under new management and thought we would try it out. The meal was outstanding, steak done to perfection and vegetables fresh and tasty. The staff were fantastic and even though busy, were super friendly and attentive. The best meal I have had in the hills in a long time. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend this pub if you like quality meals and service.

I've been here several times, both alone and with friends, and never heard a complaint. Fair prices for excellent food. My favourite menu item would definitely be the Schnitzel Challenge. After finishing two of them (on separate occasions!), my tactic has changed from 'earn a free drink' to 'pay very little for two meals' worth of food'. $17 for two serves of schnitzel is just fine by me, and the quality of food is great, too. Two of my friends occasionally drive in from as far as Salisbury just for the challenge schnitzels, so that's all I really need to say.

P.S., mind your head if walking out back/on Elizabeth Street. I've banged my head on the low roof a few times.

Had lunch here with friends... best schnitzel I've had in a while. I had the chicken outback schnitzel. .. yum. Other variations looked good too! The missus had the burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. The place almost looks a little run down, but once you are in it is nice enough. Tablecloths would be nice instead of the paper disposable things. All in all, we'll be going again.
