Just used online service for first time. Excellent and fast. Well done to those workers who pick, pack and ship.

It's the largest store for clothes that I've ever seen, amazing architecture from the outside, great place to shop for clothes for all ages, biggest variety of items, sales are usually on all the time for different items and otherwise the price of clothes Is good. Anika helped me out picking clothes for a six month old baby girl. She was quite helpful and I found the perfect stuff. Loved the customer services. Keep up the good work guys.

H&M flag ship store in Perth at a historic and charming building. Not surprisingly, it has the widest range of products. With markets and stalls often at Forrest Place, it's a great place to do some shopping!

HUGE H&M ever, a lot of discounted items

A few weeks ago, I asked a young woman their who was busy tiding clothes, where I could find black skirts. Amazingly, she walked me through the store explaining the layout, whilst showing me different black skirts. That was the best service I've had for a long time.

Wonderful new H&M store, a lovely shopping experience. The historic GPO building is a perfect setting for this large flagship high street environment. Fixtures are neatly displayed and clothing ordered and easy to find what you want. Love the home section upstairs and the escalators are well designed. My only criticism is that the store could be softened by some plants or greenery.

Went to CBD H&M today. Lots more of everything including size 18 ladies. And an upstairs with men's, children and bed and bath items. Its amazing how nice the clothes are and how affordable. Really enjoy H&R!!!

Good clothes, good sale. It's nice to have a big store like H&M in Perth - it's refreshing. I also love how you can trade in a bag of old clothes to the front counter for a 15% off coupon!

There was this beautiful girl who served us, and had great customer and she actually went beyond her reach to help us out which had nothing to do with H&M, and didn't even rush us despite of a long line and it was a really really good experience.

Love this store, quality fashion at really good prices. Have visited, about half a dozen times. Located in the Australia Post building opposite Forrest Chase (Myer) staff will go above and beyond to help you. The same service is in both here and the Joondalup store. 5stars to both stores

Set in the old Post Office in Perth, this store is worth visiting just to see the inside.
The layout I beautiful with plenty of space, perhapes too much as tracking down a staff member of checkout can be tricky when you're deep in the heart of the store.
Multiple exits through out the store so a fair few people use it as a short cut route.

Lots of variety in clothing. Really good pricing. First time visit, got myself a new jacket and a belt. Will likely go there again for a better look as I got there very near to closing time.

Staff member that I dealt with in children's department was truly amazing helping with Nasa clothing.
She is a great asset to your company .

It's an h&m so there's not much to say except that the building is great and it's really big. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be too many people there, maybe h&m need.tk invest more in marketing in Australia because a lot of Australians who are a bit younger don't really know what it is. I hope it stays.
