Craig's Butchery

I can see why Craig’s is so highly rated. Popped in for a quick shop while waiting on a family member to complete an appointment, we don’t live in the area. Great chat with Craig who cut me bone in whole pork and lamb shoulders for Easter on the spot. Also picked up some of his in house bacon. Got some great slow cooked lamb tips (as Americans the fam hasn’t fully embraced lamb yet). Will be back! Great product at a fair price with tops service.

I love Craig's Butchery. This is a little gem in pymble located at West Gordon shopping Centre. It is easy to locate just off the main road road. In a small sep of shops with ample parking out the front. Craig the owner has such a great knowledge of his meats and is just so lovely. I have been coming here for a few years now. He is just so helpful and will always give me great advice. His meat is fresh and always the best quality. This is the best butcher in the area. I have shopped at Macquarie centre , top ryde and hornsby but nothing beats Craig's!! He has the best grass fed products and he can tell you where everything comes from and the best way to cook it.
Just this morning Craig deboned a chicken for me and gave me the carcass for my dog.

You will not find a better butcher. Give the supermarkets a miss and get to know your local butcher.

It’s not often you come across a butcher who has truly mastered the art of butchery and the supply of qaulity products and also an absolute gent. Craig makes his own bacon as well as speck, hams and much more. I even saw a whole smoke chicken in there the other day. I recently cooked up 2 boned legs of lamb and a porchetta all of wjhich were demolished at my sisters Fitieth. Thanks Craig can’t wait to come back in.

Me and my family have been going to Craig's for over 10 years and I can't recommend it enough. Craig is a super friendly, true blue Aussie legend and his meat is something special. The quality of his meat compared to what you'd get at a supermarket is night and day. If you like reasonably priced great quality meat and awesome customer service then Craig's butchery is the place to go.

We just found Craigs butchery, Craig is a really nice guy, we bought his ham, wine & garlic split chicken and paprika split chicken all were beautiful and everyone enjoyed, we will definitely be returning. 5 stars

Great local Butcher offering a high quality range of products. His shop smoked ham and bacon products are very popular. His aged beef is outstanding.
