I have been a client of Barry Plant now for quite a while. Alison actually asked if I would write a review and I am quite happy to. I have found her service to be excellent. Some of the highlights would be: - excellent interaction with owner and tenants when there have been issues at the property. - reasonably priced trades when repairs need to be done, plus she provides quotes when asked. - very reasonable ongoing costs. - very diligent when finding tenants, and understanding requirements. As a property management manager, Alison is easily the best I have dealt with.

Helen and Tracey were absolutely amazing and keep me up to date on my application which was processed and approved very quickly. Helen reached out to me via phone and personally introduced herself and to ask a couple of more questions to speed up the process. I was able to work with Tracey who assisted in getting my application through for another property managed by a different property consultant within their Real Estate agency.
